@mschrissi100 I think you should give Yuri a rest. His story has endet, and that´s good. But on the other hand, he was just too awesome, of course ;) I liked the characters in FTNW btw, and the story could easily go on (with new characters like in this teaser).

I would kill for a Shadow Hearts IV. Though I wished it to be more like Covenant, which will always be my most favorite game beneath Final Fantasy VI.

I truly recommend Eternal Sonata, by the way. It's no SH of course, but nevertheless, it is fantastic.

Well imo it would make sense, if IV connected to III.

I didn´t like Eternal Sonata so much, because it was always the same through the whole game. What I must suggest and what I think is more like a Shadow Hearts is Lost Odyssey, one of the most beautiful games I ever played (and indeed there were some guys from the Shadow Hearts team in the LO crew)!

I had a shadow hearts idea that set the game in the 1970s but I pretty much copped-out with From the New World. XD the draft I had had one character mention the events of Shadow Hearts 3, but didn't allude to whether or not the good ending or the bad ending happened. The person who was possessed by Malice who would show up wasn't Shania but Ted Bundy.

Shadow Hearts: To the Ends of the Earth (strangely similar to this video's title o_o). It will better link the games in the series together and revolve around WWII. Only character MIGHT be brought back and that will either be Johnny or Shania.

Yeah, I think you could quite easily continue the story of From The New World; and it would be just logic to settle it in the rest of the world (Europe, Asia and America were already chosen in I+II) and around that time. And indeed we thought of Johnny and Shania as only old characters as well...

@ThreeWickedWonders What a stupid argument. So he was an epic character that doesn't mean he should be brought back for every sequel afterwords. Just look at Cloud from FF7 (who I actually don't like...) he's extremely popular but hasn't actually been the protagonist in any other games since FF7. There's no reason Yuri would be pulled back after every issue regarding his story was already made clear and dealt with. There's only been one game since Yuri was taken out so don't say pieces.

Meaning if you would observe the circumstances in this very well known game you would see they haven't followed up another Final Fantasy game with Cloud as the main character. And regarding the COW: Shadow Hearts always had crazy stuff, and a wolf and even a talking cat in the party, so a cow would be great for some (sh-typical) comedy and it fits into the story (cowgirl, Indian god..). Another possible animal could have been a kangaroo or an African animal.

looks awesome, although just to mention that there really already are four parts, Shadow Hearts does have a prequel on PS1 called Koudelka. But I hope this is made. Shadow hearts is the only series I know of that can match the Final Fantasy series.

@blih: We´re not sure yet, but probably some time after 1945.

Locations are all the places which were not involved in SH1 to 3 yet: Australia, India, Africa and both poles.

Well, in Shadow Hearts there are animal characters, quite funny. Jessica here is the only one who understands the cow Nandi, since she´s a cowgirl ;)

Btw, Anand thinks that Nandi is the Indian god Nandi (but she´s only a milk cow on the run from butchers omg xD).
