its completely possible to get a ride in one of those, maybe not a civilian but marines; absolutely. two people in my shop have gotten rides from vmat-203's c.o.. he used to give rides as a re-enlistment incentive or if you win the marine of the year or marine nco of the year. im in 231 and ive never heard of a two seater prototype but ive absolutely heard and seen with my own eyes non pilot marines getting back seat rides and low and high powers.

kinda, the +G-forces hurt like crap but the -G-forces are amazing...if you ever get the chance...ALWAYS pilot it, never be co-pilot with a caffinated uncle as the pilot...

Shenanigans... It's a single seat Jet, so unless you were sitting in his lap it never happened!.. The only two seaters are the trainers!

naw dude, they had some prototype ones that never made it, they were the 2 seaters. But in the end they only made it a single.

Still calling Shenanigans... The prototypes were made in the '60s and are now either destroyed or in a boneyard... As I said the only Two seaters were the trainers, I I highly doubt any "Instructor" would be willing to risk their military career by taking a civilian on a joy ride.
