Been smokin it for almost 40 years... Had a happy productive life, raised 5 children who are well adjusted and doing well. Not interested in narcotics of any kind. Am waiting for prop 19 to pass, then I'm getting out of this red ass state of Indiana and getting myself a nice little place on the west coast so I can live out my golden years growing weed. just like everything though, marijuana should be used sparingly. i've been to many LA dispensaries and some of the people are totally baked and their essence as individuals seems to be gone. I think it needs to be more closely monitored by doctors and psychotherapists as far as dosages, etc.

Man, I was smoking since I was 12 - &, I just recently (before christmas) quit & started vaping. I definately notice a difference in my energy levels & mental agility.
I loved smoking, & it didn't give me cancer, or any serious illness, but it definately was slowing me down. I'm saying that the same thing will happen to everyone.
Any smoke is an irritant when inhaled, which leads to inflammation, & thus, leads to cell degeneration via production of free-radicals.

I am inflicted with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and I'm also inflicted with PTSD because of DID. For me there is no available drug medication treatment except for anti-depressants which I do not take. But as for cannabis, I've done it since I was a kid and it works! The only drawback I have with cannibis though is that I get lazy.

I think to much of anything is bad for you so everything in moderation, as far as dumbing down the public look up the effects of fluoride and aspartame and see what it does to our brains, not to mention all the other toxic and pharmaceutical drugs that are found in the drinking water, they know it is bad for us but yet nobody tries to stop it, the genetic modified foods the sprays they use on meats and notice the disease rates of certain ones, this isn't by accident, depopulation has begun.

Spoken like a true puritan. Forget personal choice and people's right to do as they wish with their own bodies. Lets have the government or some religious doctrine govern how we act. Once it causes no physical or financial harm to another individual, a person's actions is non of your concern. Besides, legal drugs such as prescription drugs, cigarettes and alcohol send more people to the grave than weed ever did.

Religion's got the market cornered on hypocrisy, gotta love that. Sure it's use is great once it's in the name of god, but nothing else. Anyways, prohibition does nothing more than create an underground economy and encourage criminal activity. anybody remember Al Capone running booze? Speakeasies?
