It's not really about views or imposing them, it's about appreciation for what he did. You've taken most of the careful thought he put into how he played it and overlooked it. Maybe you weren't aware of it?
If you think Ulysses is a great book ( and it i sgreed. (Time is the best editor) You must try reading Lawrence Stern's TRISTRAM SHANDY (1700's) It is light-years ahead of Joyce.
How about this premise: End the book of your life on the day you are born!
lol ohhhh i remember now, james joyce... i HATED his book protrait of an artist as a young man, had to read it senior year for AP LIT. god what a terrible class. anyways this is a cool video but i dont know whats going on. good job.
i have this dvd!i go to bloomsday everyyear!its brilliant!its a pity that this does not show the pub davy byrnes in which bloom went in2 and bought his gorgonzolla chesse and his borgundy wine!!!
