the cartoon figure wears traditional Old arabic costume.. arabs and turks have the same traditional clothes..

my friend, fes is the red hat with the black tail. its the traditional had of the ottomans ( osman empire) from 19 century on. do you still wear this hats??

we call the fes "tarbosh" in arabic :)

and yes I know the Ottomans used to wear it.. and that's why it was popluar in some arab countries like Eygpt, Syria and LebanonNowadays it's not used except by some old men maybe,,, It's more tranditional..In Saudi Arabia men wear scarf "red and white scarf like Turks in Songul's last serial
