HE should get credit for that move he is talking about, because from kinesiology point of view, he muscles up and then switches his point of contact from hands to forearms, and from explosive dynamic contraction, to static, which requires a certain high level of balance and core stabilization.
@StrictlyBarTalk What can I say very impresive, me to are doing a lot pull ups every day but my max now is 23 pull ups. I want to reach 33 or 34, can you tell me some tips? My weight is 78kg, my eight 175cm. I know I have to lose some weight, but maybe you know something more what can I do to reach my point. I will be very greteful for any tip.
I'm a former marine and pullups and one of my favorite workouts. As impressive as the physical skills are i'm more impressed by the message delivered. Stay positive!!!! S.E.A.L.
@vitorcunha A muscleup is when you use various forms of momentum to go up and over the bar .... and an incredible is when you use strength , balance and coordination to go up and over the bar (a Gymnast muscleup) ...
It should be thought of as a sport! I know it is by many people in the game but other people don;t think so, they just think its "pulling yourself up on a bar".
But popular sports such as footbal can be simply stated as - kicking a ball in a net. Because so many people know ab out it, it is so popular and excepted. The bar community has to take this worldwide.
OK... TECH inspired plenty of the moves i try... actually a portion of my style. He does everything smooth. But it's not just TECH. If I see something that i haven't done before... 9 out of 10 times I'm gonna try it. That's why I love posting vids & watching other videos people post. Because it only contributes to the acceleration of this movement.
I like the fact that this forum really lets you get to know everybody in the game and allows them to speak there mind and it seems like everybody is on the same page so now we just need to come together and take it to the next level!!
How could he do 32 pull ups then 31 and so on?He just said that he could only do 7 pull ups!! 500 pull ups & push ups everyday, bananas.

I didn't get the part at 05:03, when Phorm talks about the difference between the muscle up and the "incredible". what was that all about?

He said that at one point he had a regimen of 500 reps of various exercises a day. I wonder how much time that took a day.
