what he's dead? we havent even met..i remember the first time we talked i was just a sales person from sprint..when he found out my last name...he immediately wanted to meet me..he asked if i know certain people and he called me his niece..i wish i met him =(
Really saddened to hear of Gene's death. When I started in photography I took the darkroom philosophy and techniques of Gene Nocon, Larry Bartlett and Bill Rawlinson to heart as much as the work of the great photographers. I think the lessons learned then are as essential now as they ever were in the days of the wet darkroom, its merely that the tools used have changed.
