  • Hi!!!! so.... did you resolve your prblem? 'cause I have the same problem, and I'd like to know what can I do? So... can you help me? Thanks...

  • Hi..Dude....actually i didnt resolve the problem yet, but i still try to find the solution, if i found a solution i will let you know about...

    bye

  • check your speed sensor . its located right on the top of your transmission, it might just be lose or time for a new one.. cheap part to replace either way.

  • @insidelexis my aunts car does have a small problem with the speedometer needle it is just a loose cable on hers maybe same for you just trying to help out

  • wow, a volkswagen doing random shit? never seen that before...

  • Speed sensor? Wake up..... How about a cabel

  • you will probably find thats a problem with the speed sensor on the gearbox or wheels or were ever it is

if there was a problem with the cluster it self other things would be happening to it

  • ta un blem avec l'aiguille du kilométrage ou bien c'est en option;)apar ça ta video c de la merde attend un le temps ke jraméne ma caisse d'allemagne,ps:c pa grave lessentiel c dapprendre.

  • had the same problem with a Daewoo Cielo/Nexia (derived from Opel Kadett E). most probably the cable got older and older and eventually it got some wires clogged in the steel protection. i never fixed the problem, unfortunately. you should try changing the cable first, it's cheaper than the dials for rpm and kmh. will be harder to do than simply switching the dials, but at least you know where the problem comes from.

  • unfortunately The VW VDO system Uses A sensor to measure The speed And the RPM As well, both Sensors are connected to the Gearbox, but the dealer doesn't know what is the problem, they said that can be two things, The DashBoard or the sensor, but this two things are too expensive to be replaced because my VW Jetta its a 1995 MK3 Model
