Don't agree with alot of justice scalia's opinions but he is def one of the best writers on the court today, his opinons have bite to them and for the most part are easy to follow, he can be a little mellow dramatic sometimes but if Justice Ginsberg, one of the most liberal justices on the court, is his best friend then that to me speaks volumes about how high people also regard his character even if they don't agree with his legal opinions
@NAGGERNUTZ It takes years after a president step down from power to evaluate his presidency. Obama has only being in power for 2 years and eventually historians and scholars will evaluate him accordingly.

My favorite is his dissenting opinion in PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin.

yeah Scalia's frothy mouthed dissent in Lawrence vs Texas was "interesting" to say the least

@md991free - You're right, Carter was probably worse. But Carter was worse because of what he didn't do.

Even Bush II is still being debated by scholars.

@md991free That's what people say who have no idea what is going on in the world of politics.

@md991free Yes, but what difference does it make?

@kwalk30 It means, at least , you know that dinosaurs once existed.

@NAGGERNUTZ Not true...Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act. He's the worst.

@kwalk30 - I guess you're right. Obama is a close second though, followed by Carter.
