@Cederfjard Nope, larger part of this video he speaks creole at it's deep. Also there are four "grades" of Jamaican patois, from Creole to English as is spoken in Britain. The people of Jamaica vary between these grades when speaking to people, i.e If you're speaking with the "upperclass" people, you speak English without patois, but when you're chilling out with friends you often speak in full creole. The Jamaican accent is just how they sound overall. Like any accent, it dont change the words.
