  • I just found this video, and made the crab cakes and the aioli sauce tonight. We had it on a spinach salad with balsamic tomatoes and beets, and a glass of sauvignon blanc. It was FANTASTIC! I'm sitting here a good thirty minutes later with the taste of that aioli circulating around, and I'm in heaven. Thank you so much for an amazing recipe. Please post more.

    One thing: I followed your recipe step by step but I still needed to add an extra egg to the crab cake mixture and 4 cloves of garlic was way too much (and this is coming from a garlic lover). Good basic recipe, though.

  • I made these crab cakes last night & they were fabulous! Not only were we in crab cake heaven, our friends loved them as well!

    I did have a small bit of a problem initially, in trying to keep the cakes together but an extra egg + an extra 1/4 cup of panko & all was well with the world again.
