@26libertarian I prefer sake to be honest, and a sushi dinner before. Also, I don't date Libertarians or Gays because Ayn Rand said not to like them. Sorry.
Ayn Rand WAS a Libertarian. (It's tiring always having to give remedial education to Leftists. Of course, they were educated in public schools, so have pity on them, poor things.)

@StereoSpace Rand was a Libertarian? Here is what she had to say on why she wasn't one - "Because Libertarians are a monstrous, disgusting bunch of people: they plagiarize my ideas when that fits their purpose, and they denounce me in a more vicious manner than any communist publication, when that fits their purpose. They are lower than any pragmatists, and what they hold against Objectivism is morality. They’d like to have an amoral political program."
Sunny, very good presentation. Aside from the works of Hayek, Freidman and Von Mises, I believe you'd very much enjoy two works by Zygmund Dobbs "Keynes at Harvard" and "The Great Deceit; Social Pseudo-Sciences". Enjoy SRA
Not the best example, but you do brighten up the discussion Sunny. The point that needs to be hammered into people's heads is that these innefficiencies related to the Federal govt. translate into huge costs per job created as opposed to what it costs the private sector to create the same job. By Obama's own reckoning, his "Save Obama's Job Act" will cost $250 Thousand per job created. How many jobs could You create for $250 thousand?
I LOVE this absolutely HILARIOUS video. ... I would have gone with using "Monopoly" money to make the point...BUTT than again they way things are going they both are going to have the same value.... (valley talk ahead) So like uhmm that would mean like i would be RICH.. like totally awesome. Im sooo glad i didn't like do a dumb thing and throw it out.
That was the most brilliant explanation of how taxation and redistribution works that I've seen yet :-)

Cost of the video: $111.02
ROI: Way better than dumping the bucks into the Potomac on an 0bama speech.
;^)
