Monol resembles a large, flat, rectangular wall made of black stone. They appeared in Monster Rancher, Monster Rancher 2, Monster Rancher Battle Card: Episode II, and Monster Rancher Advance 2. Strangely, they can morph their surface to resemble a face, or use as a weapon by creating spikes or tendrils. If you raise a pure Monol in Monster Rancher 1 and raise its fame to 80 and drop it to 65, it will become a Scribble.

moshi,tiger,hare,swayzo(sp?) and golem....

(its says it on wikipedia) i dont know all of it exactly

Pangaea..for the morons who don't know our planet continents where connected first then they separate cause the earthquake. so the Pangaea really exist, but not the monster obvious , it look like in this series is another dimension of our planet, in witch case our planet never separate and people live together and advanced and peaceful civilization. but a mistake happen that they create monster and continue advancing, believing that they where gods and ended in chaos (like our planet)
