  • Hey Guys, Great domes. I'm in Australia and would love to build one of these on my property (3000acres). Do you sell the plans by any chance?

  • fake

  • THIS WILL NOT WITHSTAND A HURRICANE BS.

  • I want one made of concrete so it can absorb a 30-0-06 round be lightening proof and wild fire resistant.

  • @cdltpx Then you need one of Dave South's Monolithic Domes where the simulated a nuclear attack out a mile fro the dome and it stood up! Of course blew the windows and doors away!

  • @hugh009 I take it you heard about the one he built in IRaq where they built a mosque for Saddam. Well the USA dropped a 5K bomb through the center of the roof that too blew the doors windows out but you can replace them patch the hole in the roof remodel the interior and use the thing again. That is what I am talking about I want the best home I can get I play lotto for that reason alone I don't want to be rich I just want a floating concrete dome home so I will last a flood too. MCHN

  • looks like it will blow over in a stiff breeze

  • @telesniper2

Education is what you need, Before you make an ass of yourself as you just did. Know what your talking about before you speak.

  • @telesniper2

if the "stiff breeze" is 300mph then yeah, it probably will

  • thats pretty sweet. i think i want one

  • Weak? What the heck are you gtalking about? As KI hav e over 20 years of experinece in the field I would like to know where your so called expertise comes from? Are you shooting off your mouth?

  • weak

  • @Beckstar1221 They are very strong ever try to crush an egg in your hand same principal applies the load is redistributed across the structure when stresses are placed upon it. Have any questions reguarding the strength of the dome go to monolithicdomesdotcomwhere they will answer any questions that might arise. Sure they @mdi build concrete domes but the reason they are so strong is there is nothing for the wind to bind down they have had concrete ones survive cat 5 winds tornado wildfire etc.

  • Wow. This is so cool! xD
