That doesn't mean you jump into it right away. You know somebody is there, but **how** do you kill him/her? This wasn't a simple mission. They had to go into a sovereign state undetected, quickly take out the target and get all the data, and come back. I really hope that someone takes longer to order a target dead than to order food.
