  • Hi

My eldest son is schezophranic person. We have found a cure for schezophrenia. Local doctor in here Saudi Arabia made some diameteric measurment for my son head. He said if the measurments are not equal, there is a cure for him.

He took a rope and starts measuring herozantally above his eyebows going back to his backhead. Then he measurs again from under his jaws up to the middle of his head right above his brain.

If measurments are equal he is OK. If not he can cure him.

    Chech yourself co

  • actually 1% of the population is infected

  • You inspire me. I have mild schizophrenia.

  • I love how you are so positive after going through all of this. You are an inspiration. :)

  • Cool. You're very honest about your condition and I think that's the best way to go!

How about the people who recover from it. Is there something they do that helps them to overcome it / cure it? Are there common behaviour patterns or ways of dealing with it among them? It would be interesting to ask recovered schizophrenics about that. Some things could come out of it which would help other schizophrenics.

  • A deaf schizo'? I bet that is terrifying

  • You're a raving idiot...lol jus playin....

Schizophrenia can really suck, but I have to admit, some times I get amused at the things I see.

  • thankyou for the information :) I'm doing my dance coursework and I want to make a choreography (dance) about schizophrenia, as I feel (like you say in the description) it shouldn't be a taboo. Thanks for all the information, you're very brave. :)

  • MPD is BS. It doesn't exist... it's called acting and wanting attention.

  • A paranoid schizophrenic is no more violent than any other member of society. It is a common head delusion by society, but there is no truth in it. They are far more likely to do harm to themselves than anyone else.

I care for a paranoid schizophrenic and you would struggle to tell that she suffers with this condition. Because she, like most schizophrenic are very good at concealing it.

If someone is psychotic, you will know regardless of there previous mental assessment.

  • Somebody very close to me several years ago suffered from this condition. I witnessed two episodes, and it was very frightening. To this day, I cannot say the word out loud, and I do not like to hear it and scribble it out of any book where I see it. I want to get over that, and I enjoyed your video.

  • Sorry to tell you this but the gene theory is only part correct. There are people who DO not have this gene and WHO have normal functioning brains who also have schizophrenia.

  • If anyone wants to be cured talk to me thru my channel.- Free---its very simple and every single person is cured.

  • 'MYTH: People with schizophrenia are dangerous.

FACT: Although the delusional thoughts and hallucinations of schizophrenia sometimes lead to violent behavior, most people with schizophrenia are neither violent nor a danger to others." - says help guide dot org

now according to you there are certian types that are violent but there what ? paranoid ones? lol

if you mix a skidzo + booze + fuzzy blurry view of line between reality and imaginary = bad news all over it

  • @yourboycal My step mother is is a paranoid schizophrenic and she hears voices convincing her that everyone is out to get her, talking behind her back. I've seen her throwing dishes against a wall because, her words: "You all break them behind my back so I'm breaking them first, I'll show you all!". I've seen her throw things out of the window at people waiting at the bus stop too for "spying" on her. So I guess there's the certain type.

  • Wow, I really like this video, and you are beautiful!

  • Perhaps the key insight of Jungian psychology is that mental illness is not a purely individual phenomenon, but a manifestation of larger imbalances in the culture and psyche of mankind. Schizophrenics are the scapegoats of a culture which clings to superficial certainties, refusing to confront the contradictions and questions bubbling up from it's own depths; they are the receptacles of all the psychical garbage which has been denied and has yet to be dealt with in the culture.

  • Thank you so much! You did a good job for explaining what schizophrenia is! Not many people know what schizophrenia really is! I myself have schizophrenia!

  • Wow! What an experience you have shared. I enjoy your Danish lessons. Thank you.'-))

  • How do the seasons affect it? :S

  • Love you to <3

  • i love your accent

  • @TheBlazefan123 I think you consider being assessed. If anything it may put you mind at ease. Good luck

  • @TheBlazefan123 no you dont have it, when you lay in bed, its quit, you are actually listling to your brain, everybody can do it, it just takes practise, schitzo's cant hear the diffrence from voices that are created by the themselfs or others, what you have expirienced is normal

  • schizophrenia is a gift.

  • Hi my dear, I just want to check up on u & c how u doimg. I realy care 4 u cause I know the sufferimg.

  • I subscribed because I have Schizophrenia. I, too was on Klonopin (Rivotril). I can relate to what you're saying. When you hear voices, does it sound like radio transmissions to you? I have videos on Schizophrenia too. Thanks.

  • I decided to sucribe because its means alot to you. :)

  • Great clip and very informative for a studnet like myself, thanks so much, and good luck :)

  • @ozmaorigrl Me too, I'm taking abnormal psych and this particular section has been more intriguing than any other. I hope that this girl is doing well.

  • Thanks for making this. Best of luck in your recovery.

  • You are an amazing, beautiful, compassionate, lovely young woman. THANK YOU for posting this. Thank you for your willingness to enlighten those around us.

  • My son is 27 years of age. I am loosing him. I can't comprehend the situation. The doctor just told me his problem is a liftime problem. Is thst it? My handsome good boy is crazy for ever. I mean this just like someone telling u have a cancer.

Please help I don't know what to do. I don't even know the name of his sickness till tody for god sake.

  • God Bless you,Masteroth1 Im sure this sharing will encourage people. I had a good freind who had schizophrenia. Sadly, she got to a point where she just refused to take her medication. Not taking the medication, seems to be is a common problem. I do understand that the side effects suck-thats why many stop takings the meds.

  • You are aware that's what matters, hope you are in the third category as well. <3

  • We love you too :)

  • You don not seem Schizophrenic to me, but you are a pretty lady.

  • I came across this video again. I am so sorry you are having to endure this. You seem like a really nice person. I hope you will recover from this. :,( Do you feel better are things easier or what??

  • You can srly pull of the lipstick look, most people cant.

  • @a10fjet No...she can't.

  • I wish for you to be in 1/3 of those who recover, and hopefully 1/3 will become 100% for all. Great video. Thank you and best of luck.

  • i hate when the "normal" people treat people with psychotic symptoms extremely differently. They place them in categories and look at them in different ways. When the truth is that we're all people with fears and insecurities. I wish this World was more caring, warm and open-minded.

  • You're amazing! I am only 14, but i have schizophenia, it's terrible huh :/

I hope you're doing well, it's almost 2011 now, make a new video to show progress perhaps?(:

  • @TateWillow I would also like to see a follow up video about your story Masteroth1 :D

  • you are brave , intelligent , cute i really like you !

  • I am suffering from bi-polar disorder and aspergers syndorme. so i have medication for one disorder and not the other. so i think i can understand what you are going through. bi-polar is simmilar to what you have but there is some differences. i am still learning about my disorder and my syndrome. aspergers syndrome is a high functioning form of autism. I think you are really smart and i hope you can recover too. me. no. i have bipolar and aspergers for life. take care

  • I don't think there's going to be a miracle pill since schizophrenia is no disease. We will see whatever pills are suitable to their profit needs. The whole business of covering up symptoms with pills is not therapeutic anyway, and doesn't really benefit anyone as much as it conditions them into believing that they are being fixed by the pills.

  • Schizophrenia is not a disease and it has nothing to do with someone having bad genes or chemical imbalances. That's a bunch of lies put up by pharmaceutical companies to make a lot of money by selling you drugs that don't work. They will tell you that it's that there is no cure and that it can only be treated by their medication, but recovery is very common in countries that don't use drugs and have strong community support. Drugs will damage your brain and reduce ur chances. C my next comment

  • your not being flamed by me...i completly understand you, im a schitzophrenic

  • hi i am a schizophrenic.its been almost 17 years now.i take abilify 25mg a day.i often see a therapist.alot of my problems derive from the fact that i dont have enough friends.i wish i had a job.that would help.also losing weight ,but thats not easy.i must disagree with you that schizos are violent.they are no more violent than normal people.bye

  • Thank You for explaining this to us! That was very kind of you. Take Care!

  • Sorry to hear this. There is a lot of maybe in your disorder. Well, and statistics, it doesnt mean anything. It might be 30% or 34 %, but for those having disorder its 100%. I want to say that statistics dont mean a lot to a patient.

Anyway you helped me a lot with your lessons. Keep up the good work:) You got my support!

  • You are very brave :)

  • I wonder if flue vacines received by the mothers can cause it in their children.

  • @OrthodoxVideos absolutely

  • Thank you for making this video. I'm a student nurse studying Psych. Hearing a real life person who has been diagnosed with schiophrenia tell their story really helps give me an understanding of what it's like and hopefully will make me a better nurse :)

  • I love your honesty and openness. I love that you're looking forward to reducing your meds, what a positive outlook on life you have. Hey and your english is thousands of times better than my Danish, so don't apologise for that. Good luck with finding yourself in the third third, and *hugs* for ending by saying you loved me. I needed that today. Love you too :)

  • very very good video...

  • You are uber pretty.

  • my great grandmama was Schizophrenia does that mean my CHILDREN WILLLLL

  • @MrNarwhale12 there is a chance yes. It usually skips a generation. If one is prone to this mental illness, the enviroment the child grows up in is VERY important!

  • i had some private bouts with paranoid schizophrenia or psychosis. i used logic to destroy this craziness. it has worked for a few months so far.

  • im pretty high right now, but ive been watching schizophrenia videos all night and i think i have it :(

  • @SnowmanBeatz I did too. Stop smoking weed fixed it for me.

  • Try this: eliminate all white foods from your diet (sugar, rice, flour). Take vitamin B supplements. Take fish oil supplements. Do not smoke. Three months after doing all this, tell me how you feel. I am pretty sure scz can be cured with the right approach.

  • The key for my recovery was good friends & forcing myself to socialize. 1983-1989 were very bad years. My symptoms were brought on from playing around with psychedelics, wish I had never touched the stuff. Now 20+ years out I feel pretty normal. I have poor memory & my eyes look spacey but I thank God to have made it back to near normal. A set routine, getting out in nature, good friends..these seem like the most important part of recovery to me.

  • i love you :)

  • I love your accent!

  • I would like to pay my respect for you. I can only imagine how hard it is to suffer from this disease and it must be hard to talk about. I hope the best for you and good luck in the future.

  • Muito legal seu video, estou aqui no Brasil assistindo o seu jeito de ensinar o Dinamarques, excelente.

  • but... if a person is smart enough to be able to view the world from obscure angles does this mean that they could have schizophrenia? And would it be possible for two people (with the exact same perceptions of the world) For 1 to be schizophrenic and the other to be not schizophrenic?

  • why are all the beautiful ones ..'insane'?

  • a lot of people mention demons and shit when they talk about schizophrenia, well..why dont people have fairies telling them to befriend a hobo instead of voices saying "go kill him"? or something. i think demons have a big part to play in such illnesses.... i hope you get my point.. peace love an light :)

  • gotta hav e my seraquel

  • I am schizotypal but I believe I am H Gifted and I am psychic in an extremely empathic way, also very creative and I have tourettes/add. I believe people are just jealous of our perfect crazy-beautiful mind you never hear that, that's why I think so

  • love

  • Good luck in your journey.

  • It's a confusing disorder. Mine developed starting with a sudden inability to focus and fatigue, gradually internalized demons surfaced, I lost hope in the struggle, did things I regretted and was not as mature--at fourteen. I was away from home as well. Medication shut down those demons, but did not fully rid me of psychological need to express them. I got off them, but with rigorous study of meditation and finding my place....also a spiritual crisis was resolved, I found faith in my own way.

  • I feel so comfortable watching your videos, so warm weirdness, ahhh. I found you when looked for danish language lessons and you charmed me with your sense of humor and that facial expression. All smart and really intelligent girls i met were some sort of a weirdo) BTW on this video you look nice: such noble pale tone of skin and your eyes is sooo blue. keep it up!

  • Her personality is a mirror image of mines symptoms alike!

  • I like your honesty.

  • You are brave to share this stuff! I saw your intro to Danish (very well made!) and somehow clicked on this one. Well, I hope you will fully recover and keep your sense of humour! :-)

  • It does not always skip generations. My grandma had schizophrenia and one of her sons (my uncle) inherited it. My uncle went on to marry and have a family, and one of his children also has it.

  • You seem like a highly intelligent person and your mastery of the English language is very impressive. I am always astounded at how well some Europeans speak English. You also have very lovely red hair.

  • My friend thinks she can see ghosts, and things like that. I know shes lying, cus she only tells me it cus she thinks she is special. I think either she is a fucking lier (she isnt my friend cus she lies to much and shes a major slut, asking me when I was 12 to have sex with her and do drugs with her. I didnt do either :P ) or shes schizophrenic.

  • Most schizophrenics have brilliant minds.

I myself am schizophrenic(paranoid and disorganised)

I recovered from a drug induced state of psychosis thanks to the help of my brilliant friend Gareth who reccomended I change from the antipsychotic med Risperdal to Seroquel, this change greatly improved my negative symptoms.

Turns out I was always schizophrenic, just nobody knew why I was so strange.

The drugs just aggrevated my positive symptoms and it became apparent what the problem was.

  • girls keep caling me a skitzo in school, i dont think i am skitzoprenic, how to i know if i have it??

  • None of you have to live with this anymore. I know the frustration, embarrassment and fear that is involved. Please go to my site. You dont need to buy anything, I promise you its already been paid for fuentesevangelism-.-c-o-m-

  • can you get schizoprenia after a huge accident (like breaking and going through the windshield head first?) my mom had an accident like that and ever since then she's been having the symptoms (before i was born) and last week she was diagnosed with it.

  • @latina084life yeah a traumatic experience can spark it.

  • Very interesting topic. Thank you for sharing.

  • Wow. I guess I never knew people with schizophrenia can be completely normal. I would never know you had any issues. In fact, you seem extremely normal and very intelligent. Other videos I have seen are people who can't even form a sentence becuase their thoughts are so jumbled. Either way, great video and very well done.

  • you won't have a miracle pill. its not possible to heal a human being, from a pharmaceutical pill.

  • ur cute not being gay but on a real note what kind of schizoprenia do u have if u always wanna kill sum 1

  • You're awesome! I love your accent. This was very informative. Keep up the great work.

  • You are so cool and beautiful. I really hope that you are in the 3/3 and make a full recovery :)

  • do they counteract schizophrenia with hallucinogens?

  • Very informative. You're entertaining and kind of seductive for some reason if you don't mind my saying. Are you in relationships right now?

I'm curious because I wonder if the schizophrenia affects that. If desires are normal but relationships are hard that would be an additional challenge. I have my own problems so that's why I'm thinking that. Where are you from if you don't mind my asking?

  • I wonder if, before you experienced psychotic episodes, you suffered from prolonged sleep deprivation as I did. I was diagnosed with "chronic paranoid schizophrenia" many years ago and had 3 breakdowns before I learned to take better care of myself. Having majored in psych, I knew about sleep studies in which they found that psychosis can be a result of sleep dep. I have been off meds for more than 26 yrs and have led a fairly normal life except for my loss from the drugs. (See my channel.)

  • i think my aunt has this disorder.....she sees things like dead people she also hears people talking when she's home alone and stuff.....

  • Interesting. I dont really believe in this schizophrenia thing, but I have some symtoms of schizophrenia. Kind of fun to check people with schizophrenia on youtube because I find a kinship with their experiences.

  • I am judgemental of people with mental illness and this video helps me change that.

  • @pancho8721 Why are/were you judgemental?

  • @pancho8721 not judgemental, mis imformed.

  • bless your heart...I am so sorry you are going through this! :(

  • Thank you for this video and wish you all the best. I am postive that you can be as happy and successful as any "health" person.

My question to everyone is, is it true that the marriage could help the schizophrenic person to lead normal happy life? especially in the case of a young girl if she find love and care of a special man in her life? Please comment.

  • schizophrenia in childhood is rare but it does happen. I started having psychotic delusions and hallucinations at age six. it's under reported alot in kids coz often it's labeled wrong. if you read case studies and study the discipline of psychology carefully there is info on this. that was awful of you to tell someone who has lived with this illness for years that they don't have it. what if you had a twitch since birth and we say you didn't. we can't tell you that coz we don't know you.

  • @EvaGun...you're wrong....it is NOT physically impossible. There are lot's of children diagnozed with schizophrenia. Please do your research before you write so that you do not misinform people.

  • Hello and thankyou for your video. I have some very good news for you that my friend was schizophrenic and was sectioned for 14 years but then someone came and told him about Jesus and when he prayed he was totally healed. That was 20 years ago. and he is still 100 percent fine today and has not taken any drugs in years. Also please google James Stacey who was schizophrenic and was healed- that is very good.

  • YAY!!!! :)

  • You say you talking to me? You doing amazing things over here!

I used to be a schizophrenic too. Don't sweat it.

    I'm really your fan.

And you're on the right path.

I'll tell everyone I know about your useful videos.

  • Thanks for the clarification of MPD versus Schizophrenia; before I watched the video I didn't understand the difference.

  • What a great and informative video. Thanks for sharing. I hope that you are in the third category as well :) I work with many people with both mental and physical delays. I have always found Schizophrenia quite interesting and love to learn about it. Thanks for sharing your video...you are quite hilarious :) BTW, you are stunningly beautiful. I love your beautiful blue eyes and you speak very well...keep it up sweetie.

    Love,

    Isa.

  • ah nevermind *gets to the part about the 3rd possibility of recovery* i should watch the whole vid b4 i comment...heh -_-; anyways you sound awesome :D youre intelligent with a great sense of humour

  • @RiaTapioca Hehe, thanx.

  • @Masteroth1 You are probably the most postive person I met who has it. My dad got schizophrenia. Hopefully, I've wont get it. I did alot of research saying that if you're born in winter you are more likely to get it. Which scare me. I know it can be striggered by enviromental and genetic.

Hopefully I wont get it. You said that the science-tist found a thinggy so they can be a cure in the furture? Is that what you're saying? (I HOPE THERE WILL BE!!!! ) :)

  • does medication fully subside the effects?

  • What if it is a disease of the social together in our time?

    Use your brain -

  • I really liked your video, it's very informative. I just wish that it was a little longer and also I would have loved to hear more about your own symptoms and how you experience them. I've been reading about schizophrenia on different websites from all over the world and it's hard to dig up new information, because they practically all say the same. I would love to hear a more alternative approach if you know what I mean. I'm a sufferer myself so that would help a lot! Good luck to you

  • I am more and more convinced that "scientific" definitions and diagnosis' exacerbate psychological problems. Such definitions set up an expectation cycle that the mind assumes and grows into. They will never cure these problems, because they make more money by selling pills to people who think they have problems. What needs to be done is to redefine the symptoms, redefine yourself, and be more skeptical of medical diagnosis'. TRY IT!

  • thanks for your explanation i also have schizoprenia paranoid type good to know

    im not alone

  • I have a very difficult time expressing my thoughts and feelings to others. I have violent dreams most of the time. I'm always paranoid that everyone hates me and is judging me/making fun of me when they probably aren't. (Even if I know they aren't, I'm still paranoid.) I have self-harmed in the recent past (and still think about it and have urges to do it). I become really nervous and embarrassed in social situations. Am I schizophrenic?

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, you need to go to your doctor so that they can diagnose you. it's best to start medication in the first stages in order to avoid it from being severe whenn you have your first psychotic episode that may include hearing voices or halusinating. You're already showing a positive symptom of being dellusional. It's often hard to diagnose schizophrenia when there's no physical symptoms, but oftem good doctors are able to see the symptoms :) good luck

  • I hope you will be from the recovered third

  • Comment removed

  • Bing Bing...Thank you for this video..you are a stong and lovely woman..I too am Bing Bing ...

  • do you think I'm developing Schizophrenia if I keep hearing voices?

  • Exellent video! you are very beautiful and intelligent.

  • Thank you SO much, that is so sweet of you.

  • I pray you're in the third category, as well. I wish you peace.

  • Aww, thank you so much. :-)

  • I'm "bing bing!" as well! Ha! I love that saying. We should get badges that say "Bing Bing!" Hey, don't skip the Benzo's though. Seriously. That can mess you up.

  • Hahaha, cool idea!!!

Oh, about the benzo's - I'm cutting down in cooperation with a psychiatrist. Every third month I cut off 0,25 mg..... so it's very controlled. But thank you so much for the concern

  • @Masteroth1 yay tacos

  • love your vid

  • THANK YOU. :-)

  • thank you soo much.. Pray you get well and everything works out for ya.

  • Thank you for sharing your experience.

  • Thank you for sharing. I needed to hear more about this.

  • Thank you so much and no problem! Hope you could use it for something.

  • Thank you for sharing. My son has Schizophrenia and he is only 14. He had it all his life too. I tried for so long to get him help. But he was diagnosed as ADD or depression. I was told I was a bad parent. Now that he has had some testing done, they finally found out he is schizophrenic. My son is paranoid and he thinks everyone is out to get him. He talks but he makes no sense. The meds help him with the voices. As a parent it breaks my heart because of the misconceptions of this disease.

  • i have schizophrenia im 13 he can talk to me if he wants

    it might help

  • Aww, I understand.... yea, there are a lot of misconceptions unfortunately.....

Try to be strong, the medicine keeps getting better.....

    Hold on.

    *HUGS*

  • Thank you so much for sharing your story. My instructor recommended your video and now I will subscribe to your channel. You are a beautiful well spoken young lady and I wish you all the best in your life! This took alotta guts...so keep on going...you're doing great!

  • Wow, thank you SO much!!! :-o

I'm kinda flabbergasted by this message. THANK YOU.

    *HUGS*

  • Big HUGS to you, too. Once I am done with this semester, I hope to spend some time reviewing your other videos. By the way...this class is at Fresno State University, so....yes...you are being listened to and inspiring a bunch of nursing students. lol...Have a great day!

  • I like you very much, you got a strong character :) I don't care if you're schizophrenic you seem to love life and be very down to earth and have come to terms with your "condition". Peace out and take care <3

  • hm, if there is positive symptomatic, so then it is no schizophrenia simplex. Schizophrenia simplex is anyway called nosologic trash bin.

  • I think you have a good chance for recovery.Good luck.

  • Ummmmm..............

  • You should post a video of yourself during one of these psychotic episodes.

  • And why on earth should I do that? No one wants to see someone acting like a autist, heaving for air.

  • im paranoid schitzophrenic but i never heard voices untill the doctors kept hammering into to me the question "do you hear voices" over and over each visit. i only had delusional thoughts like spiritual knoledge like things and couldnt sleep, or think clearly when it came to physical things.

  • Oh, I SO know the feeling!!!!!

  • Yah thats pretty much it lol GAD is worrying about everything even though you know in your heart you don't have to worry about it, its so frusterating, it comes with alot of disorders

  • Oh yeah!!!

  • I am apparently...schizophrenic. I...do not think so. they said 'disorganized.' what does that mean?
