Sifu Parella Iam writing on behalf of Sifu jack soderberg he wants to know if you got his message pertaining to grand master Wai lun chois seminars now on Tibetan Lama and water boxing Liu hp ba fa he is one of the last true lama masters left and full contact bare knuckle champion of south east asia . His new book is real gold does not fear the fire you would enjoy reading it . My sifu will send you a seminar of wai lun chois . We enjoy your videos . Look up on you tube our lama dummy.
I've been following a lot of these videos for a while and I'm saddened that I I'm not close enough to train under Sifu Parella or other Lama Pai/Hop gar teachers because it looks like such a great style.
I personally feel that Hung Ga is more on the defensive while CLF and Hop Ga or Lama is a lot more aggressive. However, I believe having Hung Ga as a base art it will be much easier to learn CLF, Hop Ga, and Lama then it would the other way around.

Not sure if I agree with the first part, but certainly learning Hung Ga as a base would help you to learn anything...
