This happened to me too and I would have had him suspended but the tape somehow disappeared. Great video. It's not expensive either. Search for "mini DVR" on ebay and you'll find lots of tiny video cameras that you can carry everywhere as they fit in your pocket ready to record at a moments notice should the need arise.
