Not trying to be funnny or make a fun of the whole situation, but i lived in communism country for 10 years and i remember the whole black out from the media which where suppose to report about this situation. So they did not, they tried to cover up any single mess, any single part which could harm population. The reason they dont tell you about that is so simple like,, Stay here boy daddy is going to kill the fire in our kitchen dont worry it all will be fine" Just stay here and dont move.
