The rise of the tension level in the end, was it because someone realized you left the exploding suitcase? I think something like that has happened to me as well. If it is the case, then I wonder why it doesn't count as a witness

As I see, in this mission, the tension bar is still fill to red if you kill the sheik while he's reaching to his lobby. Btw, this appens even if you kill him without mines, or silently if you prefer, but this don't means that your cover is blown, despite of how it seems. The guards will not attack you immediatly. So, no witness or cover blowns.

Resolution. Half is half and full is full, simple. Half size might lag less, I've never tried.

great speedrun i love it. but it's not on pro cause when you tossed the coin he went to check it out and see what it is. on pro they only look that direction like 3 secs then go on with their bussiness

This is no Pro. He usually goes on and ignores the coin, but sometimes, like now, he comes in. If that doesn't work, there's always the backup plan, whooting him in the other toilet.

so you could do it on pro then and take him out in the other toilet? or would you lose too much time to screw you up with the other targets? you did a formidable mission my friend and it would be a shame not to do it on pro :). i guess you would have enough time to get on top of the elevator by doing it this way :D

Yes I could take him out in the other toilet, but there's a chance that his body is found. Also, at 2:10 I try to load game to prove it's on Pro.

yeah they do find his body unless you take out the civilian and a fbi agent. didnt you just say it's not on pro ???

You can shoot him while he is actually taking a leak and the door is closed. That way his body is not always found.

No, I didn't say that. While I'm waiting in the elevator, I try to load so it gives me a message "no savegames allowed on difficulty level professional".

The thing with DoaS and Requiem is that there's no tricks... DoaS is just boring like any tutorial and Requiem... I don't think I've even passed that on Pro!

Looks like I only have the wmv files I compressed with Movei Maker... I'm bad at compressing stuff. I guess the quality is okay, but I might also re-record these, I know I could improve a second or two in both runs so far.

I tried Requiem earlier on normal, it's surprisingly easy to do quick. All about hoping that you don't get killed the second you get up.

everything is better than youtube's flv-files ;) i could lend you a hand with mp4-encoding though. it's not as easy as using movie maker and encoding it to wmv, but i think the quality you can achieve is worth it

i only played blood money on professional and i had a hard time beating requiem, but may be that was due to the fact that i was just used to beat the game the sneaky way

cool! i'll be glad to help :) i just need to know on which settings you play hitman (resolution, gfx quality settings etc), then i will setup my hitman accordingly and make some test-captures for some pre-encoding tests. so then all you'll have to do is to feed the fraps video into the encoder with the settings i'll figure out and you're all done :)

Almost forgot this.

Resolution is 1024x768 and everything but shadows is set to low/off. Recording half-size at 50fps.

I'm not sure when I can do more runs, only thing I really want done is You Better Watch Out byt christmas ;)
