  • what song is playing at the end after Hillary have suspended the roll call vote?

  • Hillary smells like shit

  • Great moment is history!

  • That great. i love how everyone was united

  • Unity rocks!!!

  • Hell yes! This was an amazing moment of history. Hillary was so classy that night. I love her so much for doing this!

  • @cyranothe2nd

    .

Hillary Clinton is being preened to take President Maobama's place. Both Obama and Hilary answer to George Soros who contributed to both and who has the mainstream media in his back pocket. He gets Obama to take the Country to extreme socialism passing treasonous legislation against the will of the American people, then gets Hilary in office. Our dollar is on the verge of collapse, and our sovereignty is threatened as a direct result of legislation and lack of leadership.

  • @FreedomInAmerica precisely, the economy will fall down soon....this is phase 3 n the last stage.... they're all from the same wicked family dude...here ya go

    /watch?v=TDqorQpdAv4

  • Dick Cheney

  • she won the nomination though. chicago thugs robbed her

  • love u hillary!

  • she truly is an amazing woman.

  • Hilary is not a female.

  • But yet you're still attracted to her??? Interesting

  • Ya, I'm really attrcted to IT, ya, okay!

  • Then why hate so hard?! Hmmm????

  • You arn't really amking sense.

  • neither r u bc u cant spell. go hillary!

  • And you can spell. You should be a comedian. :D

  • Face it bro. Hillary rules and pubes drool...

  • How old are you five? "Pubes drool."

  • HAHA. Maybe, but if I am, I'm still more logical and intelligent than any steadfast conservative...like yourself.

  • I don't think that I'm better than everyone else. I just KNOW that I'm better than you..HAHAHA!

  • we democrats dont think we are better

but after the last 8 years of repubs and bush administration who can possibly do worst???

  • I wish these things were more organized. No I am not going to bash Hillary or Obama, I am going to bash the way the convention is set up.

It should be more.....like a senate. Just the delegates there and no extra baggage to scream and yell and interrupt.

    More parliamentary.

  • Im from NY and im proud of hillary to do this! best choice!

  • If she gave Obama one of her ball''s, they would each have two.

  • two balls??

thats more then the whole republican party put together!!

  • I was so proud of Hillary for doing this!

  • best moment!

  • There's our new Secretary of State folks!

  • Awesome. Greatest moment in history.

  • One of the greatest moments in the history of the democratic party and American politics. Damn, in hindsight, the drama seems even more special. Love it.

  • Damn, Hillary Clinton is so classy.

  • still brings tears to my eyes. The democrats threw a hell of a convention

  • I couldn't possibly sight a better example 4 gender equality (so far)..

Pelosi ROCKS d House of Rrepresentatives

and I know Clinton WILL rock d Senate..

    u go girls!

    Obama08!

  • Hillary is GREAT. Nancy Pelosi is a douchebag.

  • Ocrebel, you're an idiot. Obama is leading McCain by 8% in the latest poll. With Biden, he's leading even in Virginia and North Carolina. That would have been impossible with Hillary. The Obama plan is to turn red states blue, something Hillary cannot do.

Though Hillary is popular, having a former president behind you (in Bill) certainly makes a candidate look like a weak, puppet leader. With Biden, Obama's his own man.

I love love love Hillary. So don't take it the wrong way.

  • I find this whole suspension process most perculiar..

  • Greetings to all from Cuba.

    Fidel

  • Flogged the bishop innumerous times watching her.

  • Woman gets hit by a car: Who's fault?

  • ok, dumbest decision ever by a political candidate:

Obama not picking Hillary, and just getting over his ego. Now that he is slipping in the polls, he should have thought twice about this. Thanks Obama, for letting the dems lose once again and for dividing out party.

  • As a Democrat from Brooklyn, NY and a ful fledged Hillary supporter for which many of her ideals and policies have ot only touched but have changed my life, there is no way on god's green earth would I ever vote for Mccain or Palin. Everyone has right to choose and vote based on their own convictions. That is what the purpose of having equal rights and a voice to choose is for, however my vote will go to Barack and Biden. God bless america and all of us who aspire to be great individuals!!!

  • I LOVE my Senator!

  • good.

  • 8 years of failed Republican policy is quite enough for me thank you. This nation couldn't take another 4.

    Obama/Biden all the way.

  • We know who JFK was and what he did. He appointed his arch-foe Southern Lyndon B.Johnson as his V-P--and won the Election of 1960. Kennedy had political instinct, knew compromise and how to unify, and WIN!

Barack Obama let his fragile Ego dictate his choice of Vice President. And he blew it!

    Obama is no JFK!

  • Definition of a nanosecond: The time that elapsed between "Please say no" and the gavel.

  • Aw, come on, it was a foegone conclusion. Procedure would allow for contest if anyone did.

  • It's just a show. SO blatantly obvious that it's kinda painful to watch.

    Still fun though.

  • During the campaign, Obama treated Hillary with no respect. It was shameful. If Hillary had been a man it would have been a different story. No one would have badgered such a man into stopping his run for the White House. Obama and the Democrats acted as though it was their right to humiliate a candidate just because she happens to be a woman. McCain will win, and not just because he has been an honorable person. My gosh; look who actually picked a woman to be his VP.

  • mcain picked that woman just for people like u. he wants to win over the people who are upset about hillary not becoming the canidate. And that lady has no experience at all. A bachelors dergree in journalism? and Barack is inexperienced???

  • Yes, a man of his age and health should not be picking a wet-behind-the-ears novice as a VP. Obama has more world-stage experience than she does. Obama or Biden would make a far better president than Palin. She ruins the GOP ticket and no matter how good you think McCain would be as president, his plan B is awful.

  • Obama disrepected Hillary. It was a shame. He and the Democrats treated her like a maid. McCain has always been a good guy. Even he picked a woman. The year 2012 will be here soon enough.

  • Hillary lost...stop crying.

McCain a good guy. 1.He cheated on his 1st wife. 2. He made a joke about rape and how the girl enjoyed it. 3.He said "Chelsea is ugly and that Janet Reno was her dad...yea he is a real good guy.

  • Hillary, keep going, never give up!

    Obama/Biden in '08 and Hillary in 2016.

  • Obama treated Hillary like crap. She won't forget that - nor will Hillary's supporters. McCain it is.

  • The ego on Messiah Hussein Obama is startling. Residing in the US Senate only 134 days, he suddenly wants to be the president. It's as if someone works a grand total of 134 days at General Motors and then decides he wants to be the CEO of the whole shooting match! What hubris. His weakness on defense is most troubling, given the fact that Islamic terrorists have declared war on the West. Plus, his economic ideas are pure socialist crap. Americans will vote for change, and that means McCain.

  • Why are you even on this page? This us about the Democratic National Convention, the Republicans meet next week in St. Paul. You're just on here trying to turn Democrats against each other.

  • ROTFLMAO - Oh you're so funny! McCain picks a VP who is likely to become Prez when McSAME croaks, who has much less experience than Obama & whom BIDEN could blow away in a debate just by farting! Weakness on defense? Yeah, & Miss Alaska has LOTS of knowledge of defense! *LOL* Insane McCain voted with Bush more than 90% of the time. He's just more of the same. Obama is very centrist,- not a socialist at all! In fact, I didn't support him until now because he was too conservative! No McSAME!

  • Actually, McCain= more war, especially with Iran, which means draft. Obama may not be the best candidate ever, but anything is better than Bush, *cough* I mean McCain.

  • It was NOT the Republicans tearing Hillary apart a few months ago, it was the Obama supporters!!! Don't for get this and the fact that Obama stole all her ideas, platform, stand on the issues, and now her words!

  • omg, that roll call was so fake and fixed! I hate it!

  • I think hillary would make a better president then obamas joe only got 10 thousand vote in the primary obamas accepting speech was a star event not a people event obams stop stealing yes we can from bob the builder

  • the dems are showing their true colors.geri ferraro, hillary and now they have another woman to attack.barry obama the anti women choice

  • How much are the ReTHUGlicans paying you to go around YT trying to stir up trouble for the Dem candidates? Joe Biden has one of the best records in Congress of creating legislation to help women. McCain's V.P. is enthusiastically endorsed by the Religious Right, - hardly the champions of women's equality! Obama is pro-woman too. Begone! You have no power here! You actually think we are stupid enough to believe that the Dems have been attacking Hillary! That's all the ReTHUGs did in the 90s!

  • ummmm must have hit a nerve.me thinks thou douth protest to much.the truth has a way of doing that

  • No, you didn't hit a nerve. I was just pointing out to everyone that you are a right-wing tool and that you have no basis in fact for your ASSertions. Don't confuse my humorous dismissal of your ignorance for protestation. Just educating the public to your deceptive tactics. Oh, and don't pretend like your ASSertions were "truth". You wouldn't know the truth from a hole in your ass...ertions. Bye-bye now! Don't let the door hit you in the assertions. *LOL*

  • i see that denile isn't just a river in egypt.

  • I see that you have nothing original to say. Two hackneyed expressions in a row does not an argument make. Of course, the Repugnants count on soundbytes, buzzwords, misinformation, fanaticism, & false accusations to keep their followers voting for them like Pavlov's dogs. Ain't gonna work this time. Too many people are hurting from the disastrous economic & foreign policies of Bush/Cheney & McCain, who voted with Bush over 90% of the time, and voted against a raise in the minimum wage 21 times.

  • it seems some of his early instruction in the madrasas took root because muslims do not think muck of women either

  • Yeah, Michelle Obama is obviously repressed & disrespected by her husband,-- NOT!! You RePUKElicans are the ones who picked a token woman with no experience as V.P. That dirty old man McCain just likes to have younger, former beauty pageant contestants around him. He left his first wife to marry one (his current wife Cindy), who also was many years younger & a wealthy heiress. McSame just uses women for his own advantage. He certainly doesn't respect them. Neither do you if you support him.

  • Damn right!preach it honey!

  • McCain has now picked a lady who has totally opposing views from Hillary.

So I don't see Hillary supporters voting for McCain.

  • Good for Hillary. I have my issues with the Clintons, but I'm proud of her for stepping up and putting so much support behind Obama. Her loss was devastating to her I'm sure, so good for her for being able to buck up and support her formal rival.

  • what a shame that she isn't Obama's VP

  • I know it was a dissapointment for a lot of people but I think, after seeing Joe's speech, that he brings more to the ticket over all and fills in Obama's weaknesses. After seeing her and Barack go at it in the primaries, I don't think many would have been convinced they could work together in that capacity. I'm sure she'll do great things in his administration though!

  • I have never been a Hillary fan......until now.

  • i don't understand this. i thought the whole point of the primaries was to gain delegates to vote at the convention. how come they cancelled the vote count at the last minute?

in this video, hillary does say that all the votes would be counted. can somebody please point me to a link on the web that has the final results?

  • She called for a vote of acclamation -- basically, instead of doing the roll call (wherein he would get enough votes halfway through, and the rest of the delegates would not have the opportunity to voice their votes) they would all vote "aye" or "no" at once.

  • amagilly -- I have one question for you based on your comment.

Do you believe Ron Paul delegates will be allowed to vote at the GOP Convention?

  • i would like to believe that the rules of the rnc allow for the possibility of a single delegate calling for a floor vote.

but i'm probably just being naive.

  • This was the Clinton's finest hour. It doesn't matter what happened before or that she had lost... she could've just let the vote continue and made it harder for Barack to win in November but both her and her husband who went on stage a few minutes later chose to put party before pride. Thats humility. Obama will be good but no doubt he needs people like them to get what he wants done.

  • Hillary is ok if she had just sit down and shout up she would have been a good vp or pd

  • She had no choose she had lost she didn't do anything but lose! hillary my ass

  • Regardless of your views of the Clintons you have recognize the significance of this moment and this action.

    Great humility.

  • Hillary should have been on the love train!

  • Dissapointed Hillary supporters who are thinking of voting for McCain should remember that it's not about Barack Obama or Hillary! It's about the policies of the Democratic Party! If you vote for McCain you will be voting for four more years of Bush! Republican Party is a party of rich people. They don't care about the problems of the poor! They are for war! Our problems will remain unchanged for another four years or get worse! Stay home if you want to vote for McCain!

  • Hillary who??? Baaaaaaaaaaaaahahahhahahahahaa, I can just imagine what the wench is saying about Barry Hussein Obaaaaaaama behind closed doors..must be hilarious! Can you imagine how pissed she is???? ROFL...

  • It does not matter what these republicans say, even when they trying to act as though they are dems. You do not fool me, I SEE YOU!!!

There is nothing you fake dems aka "REPUBLICANS" can do or say, Obama will be President simply because WE OUT NUMBER YOU!!!

For you Republicans who obviously see what has happened to this country and our standing in the world, are far to proud, far to Republican, to vote for McCain.

I know this because I know you. Together we WILL take this country back.

  • What horrible democrat you are...

Get over it. Hillary lost. Now stop being a baby. Do you seriously want to put our country through FOUR MORE YEARS of Bush... I mean McCain... just so you can get Hillary elected???

  • You're obviously pissed off, beyond rationality. Analyze what McCain will do to women's rights & if you still vote "for" him, I am confident Hillary would want nothing to do with you. If your ego is that far forward of your rational mind, your best bet is to vote against obama by just staying at home. All of the hell of the last eight years, and you luxuriate your stupid pride & proclaim support for more of McSame... good going. There won't be a USA in '12 given your approved way.

  • ameneses52" This is none of your buisness, worry about your own damn country. This is no place for you to speak, Canadian.

  • Sorry but if you want McCain in the office, then I do not consider you a democrat at all. Hillary said she did not believe he was ready, but she also said he would be great for VP. For someone who choose another person as their VP, they would acknowledge at person as having the readiness and potential to be president.

In other words you fail, spew your garbage else where.

  • your also a moron!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Lol You almost threw up. Wow lol funny!

  • jmadden...the "anti-christ?" are you kidding me?!?! Emperor Nero of Rome was your "anti-christ"...Barack Obama is a man that the country desperately needs in the white house!!

  • republicans are still playing this game of bashing Hillary and trying to divide our party. Don't be fooled people.

  • It's pretty silly.

  • S197V6TT you sound just like another republican trying to divide the democratic party.

  • Hello,

I want the whole world to know I love God & thank God always for making Jeff Fisher & Jane Bowell.

Please everyone Google Jeff Fisher God's Letter Jane Bowell

Youtube keeps taking away many posts that are related to God.

I know Jeff is a big fan of Christian Music & he would want all to come march with him & Al Gore & Tipper on Labor Day from 1212 Rockland Street in Philadelphia to Love Park then to Washington DC to culminate in total World Peace by September 11th 2008.

  • Yo, that "wench" is a highly respected individual, a well rounded Senator, and a leader to many women around the world. Since you know nothing of Senator Clinton, I suggest that you keep your mouth shut about her.

  • thats her ticket to the presidency 8 years from now...

i also suspect Obama will dump Biden in 2012 and pick her up for the easy VP to Pres transition, because i dont think Biden can win the presidency.

  • She finally earned my respect back. GG Hillary

  • Ditto! I agree 100%

  • ur a fucking idiot

  • I am actually shocked that the Clinton's could not have seen or understood the writing on the wall back in February.. If Clinton would have stepped back in February, she would have saved herself millions of dollars, and would be the first female VP of this Country. No doubt. The problem is, she thought and still thinks that she has 18 million supporters. When in reality, they are all republicans hoping for an easy opponent to vilify.

  • A growing number of Republicans & Conservatives, along with most Americans, agree that our country is ready for a new direction.

Obama has the right ideas at the right time.

A continuation of the same failed policies for another 4 yrs will not be tolerated.

A prayer also goes out to our brave men and women overseas, please stay safe, we will be bringing you home soon.

    Please visit my channel!

    ♥ Obama/Biden 08 ♥

  • does anyone else feel that this election is mirroring rather closley the election from the last 2 seasons of the West Wing. Young, charismatic candidate from a minortiy community with an experienced VP candidate for the democrats running against an older more experienced foreign policy senator for the republicans? Creepy.

  • LMAO 5:04 Pels completely cuts off the NO vote..

  • The nea count wouldn't have been substantial enough to override Hillary's movement to elect Obama due to acclimation anyway. There was really no need to let the PUMAs have their voice. Besides, we've been letting them talk and dictate our party movements long enough. It's our time now!

  • Procedurally speaking, if any one delegate at the convention would have requested a roll call or regular vote for the motion, it is supposed to be taken, or at least voted on whether to take a roll call vote which requires (1/5). That's why Pelosi didn't pause to hear any nays, because if she would have heard one, it is her responsiblity as chair to recognize and take a more accurate vote. This stuff is all theatre now, anyway.

  • Hillary should have been on the love train!!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's such a shame she had to do that during the primaries. You know, that whole kitchen sink strategy. If it were not for those easily usable video clips against Obama, she'd have made a fine VP.

  • well Hilary nice job of saying you better than the 18 states that came after new york at lest someone from those states should have said some good about obama and what the dnc is doing there all the other states did

  • hmmm... onavarro01, you are obviously a republican, as well as a racist. your parents must be so proud! bang-up job they did raising a racist!!! they were obviously failures.

  • So we're supposed to suffer an economic collapse that would rival that of the Great Depression just because you don't like Obama right now? If that were to happen, I guarentee that you and some 3.2 million PUMAs wouldn't live to the next election. You'll see the highest number of white people lynchings in American History, trust me.

I hate to be so graphic, but lets face it. If McCain gets elected and our country goes to the crapper, which it will, PUMA will inevitably be blamed.

  • onavarro01, you're an idiot! This isn't some sports team you're cheering for! You obviously don't know one issue that's on the table. War with Iran, net neutrality, stem cell research, women's rights, voting rights, the Bill of frickin Rights, and the Supreme Court. DO SOME RESEARCH, moron!

  • If Hillary Clinton were to run eight years from now, I'd be willing to vote for her now.

I left the Democratic Primaries very bruised and bitter because of her and her campaign, but she has truly shown that she is bigger than we Obama Supporters try to make her seem. She's truly selfless, and she does want the best of her - no, our country. From this moment on, I will condemn any fellow Obama supporters who speak ill of Senator Clinton.

  • agreed

  • This was great, listened to it in my car live. I'm proud of the democrats.

  • While you try to blame others, what have you exactly done to help this nations situation exactly?

  • I bought my last gallon of gasoline in 1983 and now all my vehicles and most of my immediate families run on used/recycled vegetable oil disposed of at dump sites by restaurants.

For a living I am an engineer, designer and consultant for alternative energy homes, farms, offices and industrial complexes.

  • I design solar and wind turbine systems that suit the needs of the structure in order to successfully remove it from the grid/big power cos/ and coal and/or nuclear energy while at the same time not only producing free energy but also allowing the structures owner to feed power back into the grid thus actually gaining profits and rebates form the power companies and the local and state government.

  • When I am not working I consult, design and build bio-dynamic, organic permaculture farms like mine so that folks can become self-sustained, independent, sovereign, eat healthier and contribute to the environment.

  • If all that is true, you need to understand that you will have more room to operate and more support for your endeavors from Obama than you would from the alternative - More of the Same McCain.

You and I share some values and some experiences. And what I know is that we need room to expand and operate and right now - Bush and McCain have people contracted and scared. People in this state don't make the kind of deeper changes you and I advocate.

  • Don't let them pacify, manipulate and trick you into voting for the tyrannical, corrupt and obsolete two-party system.

There are other candidates. If everyone or even half of everyone that thinks like you woke up to that reality there win "elections" by a landslide.

See what they have done to you. It's called pacification.

Hitler their mentor was the master of it.

  • Oh bite me. I'm not passive.

  • People are cheering because we've just moved one step closer to reclaiming our nation, and reclaiming the American Dream.

  • Or so they'd have you believe. The Clintons are one of the most corrupt crime families that ever existed in the United States and the Obamas are Zionist Israel supporters and members of the Council on Foreign relations founded by big banker and Federal Reserve consultant Rockefeller.

Obama supports the Federal Reserve and the illegal practices enforced by the IRS, IMF, World Bank and WTO.

The reclaiming of the "American Dream" of which you speak is only an illusion they have created for you.

  • "The Clintons are one of the most corrupt crime families that ever existed"

What the Monica Lewinsky thing? Whether Bill had relations with that woman or not, that is 8 years past now.

"the Obamas are Zionist Israel supporters"

Since when is supporting Israel against our national interests? They've never tried to harm us, or overthrow our government. We've been in good standing with Israel for at least 40-50 years. So what the heck are you talking about? lol

  • So if you are the ultimate "energy resolver" why the hell is there a global warming?

  • Is this targeted at me, or that other dude?

  • ATtacking it is going to take deep change from all of us. He's doing a lot...what are you doing?

  • We are witnessing history people. I can say right now for once, and it's been 8 years, that I feel proud to be an American again!

  • that was so cool.

  • Thank you Hillary and her supporters! Now it's time to elect Obama!!! Take America back!

  • I was waiting for Hillary or Bill to acknowledge the existence of the NWO, and claim they had been held hostage and forced to sign NAFTA, and attempt to implement CAFTA. Niether one of them acknowledged its existence. So sure Obama is getting the nomination, and sure he will win. However, the NWO's plan is in full swing. Now we as a people can't trust anyone but each other. Whether your republican or democrat. Neo-CON or Nazi, we must maintain order in this world. We must all remain free!

  • I trust Obama and company, and would shun Nazi thinking to all degrees. This NWO you speak of is more public and in the open now more than ever, and have opened themselves up to collapsing on themselves. They are betting it all on single men, Bush & McCain. Without them, they lose momentum, and thus more of their puppet leaders the world over.

  • snore...the only way you will remain free is if you choose to remain free. The "NWO" has no real power over your freeom, it only can try and trick you into giving it up.

  • Hillary is outstanding-Democrats will regret not selecting her next November. She is a class above anyone else who has spoken at the convention. America needs people of her calibre.

  • Um, if Barack loses this election, Hillary will not even get the nomination in 2012, much less win.

  • noob.

  • Thank you Hillary. Between your speech yesterday and what you have done today, you have restore my respect for you.

  • Hillary, you are the real deal, baby. You have restored my faith in this process and in the American spirit. Kick ass as Secretary of State and you have my vote in 2016!!!!!!

  • When I experienced Hillary's call to interrupt the roll call vote and nominate Barack Obama by acclamation at the DNC; I wept. Hillary was my president. I voted for Hillary in the VA primary. The campaign has been long and hard and we have now come to the pinnacle of our pilgrimage. Some how I feel relieved that it is now upon us. I am now ready. America is now ready. We have no distraction. We have no alternative. We have no excuses.

  • The question isn't "how soft have we become", it's "how cold hearted and bigoted have you become"?

We don't live in the 1960s anymore buddy. Race no longer divides us the way it used to. We have made great strides on your soil to make every "sub-human" able to have the same rights as you "superiors".

  • Thank you Hillary. You restore my respect for you.

  • If time is growing short, we just get worse? Well, Obama will change it.

  • Thank God for this Day. May God bless us all!!!!
