LOL. You do make me laugh.... you don't eat the leaves, its really ichy on you skin... This is not Taro in our country... its a different type. But you can eat the bulb. If you prepare it well it taste good, but it takes a master to prepared it well. If not, you will feel the ichy on your tonuge too.lol

Is this Taro (colocasia esculenta)? If so, can you eat the leaves, or bulb, or both?
