cool! I rally enjoyed learning Ju Jitsu but feel that it may not prove to be the bast defense against a flurry of fast punches- it's very good for most other attacks. Krav Maga seems to be an all round defence system.

That'd do it! Looks like a variation on a Ju Jitsu technique- I'd hate to be on the receiving end!

Yeah it is a variation on the Ju Jitsu, a lot of Krav Maga actually seems to borrow from Ju Jitsu. It'd certainly hurt.

I noticed krav Maga borrows from Ju jitsu and adds some boxing and kick boxing for good measure! I do like the basic ju jitsu premise, that you get out of the line of attack and don't let go of your attacker until they're incapacitated...

Yeah it's pretty interesting, I'm just starting KM and as such I decided to watch Human Weapon episode 7 (I think) on Veoh to get an idea of what KM is about. Basically it borrows from all martial arts. It uses Karate blocks and hip-twist punches, boxing, wing tsun/chun stamp kicks and ju jitsu/aikido grapples. So basically it is the best combat art around. It made mcmap look laughable.
