Can you please post links to all the necessary software that we need to install? I can't find the Qt package on the website. And I have the original Qt SDK installed but I don't get that folder when I go into my start menu.

guys there is a device update for n8 and it also includes an ovi store update too maybe it will solve ur problem

I was unable to install the openGL package as it displays an "expired certificate" error.

I have installed the rest tho , i tried installing the 4.6 packages first , then 4.7 but without any succes. The OVI store won't install.

Damn man , i hope ANNA will change something..

@ubuntulinuxrules TBH, i dun hate symbian BUT I hate nokia handle the symbian. it has POTENTIAL but they did not see it. hence low spec, old fashion UI and on verge of death. thanks to mr elop of coz, nokia is going down. *meego is nice but they killed it

I tried searching blogs on how to fix it but non of them work.. This afternoon, i click the software update on my N8 and surprisingly there's ovi store listed and I updated my phone accordingly hoping that it will fix the issue. After 2mins - it is SUCCESFUL - it was installed and when I click the icon for ovi store, it ask me to get the new version and I can t believe that after 6 months NOKIA release an update to fix this issue... THANKS ALOT Nokia.

@sazul0558002410 not sure, maybe because of the latest firmware, you are unable to install it.

Thanks so much!!! Problem solved! Though, it kept on coming up with expired certificate, just needed to change date back a few months, restart and it worked :)

Flashed my N8. Downloaded Qt SDK. Followed the steps by Hazelnuts23. Expired certificate.

Changed the date back to 9th Dec 2010. Successfully downloaded the three files mentioned by Hazelnuts23.

Restarted the phone w/o sim... tried to download ovi store, unable to install :( :(

man I need help. I've installed QT mobility for Nokia n8 and it installed. But when I try to install QT 4.6 it gives me update error. I've signed it and all but every .sis gives me an update error, pls help :/

Hey, where do you get all the QT 4.6.3 and 4.7.x .sis files again?

I've searched in the link you provided and all I can find are SDK packages and so on and so on...

I find some .sis files after installing the SDK, but there aren't nearly as much as you ahve on your amss storage.

Can you give us a link?

hey mate. i could't find the folder as you showed in the video. the folder 4.7 for symbian^3. Here just have the 4.7.1 and it has just 3 files. qtwebkit.sis qtall.sis and another that it's just a txt file... how can i get the opengl file?
