@3Skitz1Production3 Private property can make their own rules regarding firearm possession. If the owner or his agent asks you to leave private property for any reason, you should do so immediately to avoid being charged with trespassing.
An officer can follow the owners wishes by having you charged with trespassing if you are asked to leave. This would not violate mcl 123.1102 in my opinion because it is a private property rights issue.
I took my CPL class in January 2011. They said that we can't carry in banks. Is this true? You said it was allowed. I would like to know as I go to a bank at least 3 days per week with several thousand dollars on me to deposit.
@busch327 mcl 28.425o (and the back of your blue cpl card) list the places you may not carry a concealed pistol. Banks are not on the list. (There is only one bank in Michigan that is off limits to firearm possession, The Federal Reserve in the city of Detroit.)
Banks are off limits if you do NOT have a valid cpl. see mcl 750.234d

One more thing to keep in mind is that if you violate the statute pertaining to a long gun in a vehicle penalty = misdemeanor,
if you were guilty of unlawful transport of a pistol. = felony
so i have a question, im 20, i am a U.S. Marine and im reserve so for right now i deliver pizza out in the hood, detroit of course, can i make a special request for a cpl since i have what i consider a dangerous job?
