  • no, on the podcast he said that it was deleted because of his old video game commercialls. Atari owned the rights to one of them. He was in credibly pissed off about it.

  • region locking means you can't play GAMES from that region. ie you can't play japanese 360 games on a US 360. You can't play Japanese PSX on an American PSX.
