  • Mizz, you are right! Recently, I was comforting a person in distress. She is anorexic-like. When I hugged her, it felt so awful. BONES, all bones! I want to be fit. I don't want to be boney! You look FANTASIC, cute as a button, and your vids are great too! Thanks for sharing.

  • You're totally right. And if you start off loving yourself, accepting yourself and wanting to take care of yourself then losing weight (if you're over-weight) or exercising or eating right ends up being much easier as well. It's hard to learn, I think it's brilliant that you seem to have managed it and it's definitely something I hope I've learned. Thansk for posting this :)

  • You are so right about being happy with ourselves before we even try to lose weight because too often, people believe all they have to do is lose weight in order to be happy. But, it comes from inside too. Another great vid from my girl!! :-)

  • one of the reasons why i did this vid is because some of the diet video's i watch, people seem to think that losing weight will transform there lives (i'm not talking about health) and make them more likable but it's not. it's the way we upon ourselves that will bring us far! and please don't get me wrong......we all want to look good but lets do it for the love of ourselves FIRST!

  • Too many people look at weight loss as vanity. It should be for health. I think if you are dieting for vanity 90 percent of the time you fail. Good video..:)

  • thanks, i totally agree with you we should be dieting for health reasons and also to make us feel better about ourselves, not so people will like us or be attracted to us more! people can never want us to lose weight more than we want it ourselves.
