I have a quastion about the ak74's If the 74 has a rail mount, will there be an n in the title? If there is a skeleton stock or just a folding stock on the weapon, does it have an S in the title?
example would be your ak74 with the bakelite mag in it and with a rail mount being called an AKS-74n. I am guessing the U means carbine, but I am not sure what the M means.
@TheJasoncredible68 Yup you are correct, if an Ak has a side rail mount then it will have the Letter N included in the name, And for an example of this would be the aks74n but in Russian it would be known as the Akc74n as a C in Russian is an S, In short explanation. As for What U means in say aks74u Is Ukorochenniy or literal meaning Shortened. As for M it stands for Modern. Hope this helps comrade!

where did you get your AKS? Burch has one ane said its DBOYS and he got it from Airsplat Well i looked and all they had were full wood stocked AK74s
