I tot this was supposed to be a lively song so the tempo must be vivid. I'm not saying fast but more lively

@siagregory It was one of the competition piece. Probably the conductor was trying to do it slow so that the kids will not be so nervous.

@xNascar2010x The horn players are a bit short or the angle of the camera cannot capture them most of the times, so can't really see. They are seated behind the flutes. at 4:03, behind the flute with a glaring reflection. You alumni horn player? so interested if there are such players in both pieces.
