@avengers345 because the 2nd was built with the sole purpose of online play in mind. Hence why there are no jutsu clashes, button mashes for ultimates, and smaller stages; all to ensure there aren't any problems when playing online which unfortuneantly carried over to offline play

i just bought ultimate ninja 4 today and i was playing it all day! i loke it so far, i just don't like how you can only use your other 2 ultimate jutsu when your health is low enough because i want to like transform and all but i'm a good player and i can't help but win quickly. i only get to use like one ougi twice per match.
