while I understand some of the words Chopra has in his vocab, I am sure it is the lack of our own intelligence to comprehend most of what he says that makes it so interesting. He is able to put in words what we can't. His consciousness is consciousness . See ...now I have your attention.

The heart pumps blood. There is no detectable or discernable "spirit" which resides in the heart or anywhere else. If you think there is then first define what a spirit is then explain how we verify such a thing.

If you're living by your heart then you arent living by your brain and that makes you a potential danger to society.

This guy is a snake oil salesman bilking people out of their money using cryptic, ambiguous spiritual language that amounts to nothing but feel-good doubletalk.

@poopendurpful Then kindly cite the peer reviewed, scientific research detailing the detection and study of ANY supernatural or spiritual "force" Chopra is referring to and I'll review it.

"chakra" means absolutely nothing of any value. Its a nebulous oogie boogie term meant to appeal to those who either can't or won't deal with reality.

This man is a con artist taking millions of dollars from the gullible using fluffy, feel-good magic words and unpublishable, untestable psuedo-science.

I've heard that this guy helps make people happy. The ideas he expresses makes sense to me. What he says works for me.

As a result,his work has become valuable to me.

So I spend my money on it.

Whatever works, man. Right?

Anyway, science is not definite.

It's only our clumsy, latest guess.

@youbabes100 1) science is the best tool humans have ever devised for uncovering knowledge and distinguishing fact from fiction. If there's a more reliable method please present it and take your place in history.

2) Alcohol and drugs also make some people happy. Does that make them a good thing worth the money spent on them?

3) Chopra is selling snake oil. Not a single idea or method he's asserting has any value or truth behind it....just like psychics, palm readers, astrologers etc.

on the whole, there is a message....hostility, in other words, stress destroys the heart. The heart is a receptor, a target of the hormones (of emotion)...does not secrete them.

@AIMANALI no it isnt true at all lolz, he isnt a heart surgeon. the heart is mainly composed of muscle, not much else. there are some enzymes and other stuff it releases but nothing to do with emotion.

@jasmokon i am a heart patient and have gone thru a bypass.....i can vouch for the fact that every time i cried with a chest pain i felt intence pain in d chest even when i was scared i felt pain in the chest.....so emotions do effect the heart....that is why there are laughoiing clubs so that ur level of positive enzymes go up with laughing and dwn with crying and tentions....

Wonderful to hear this information, I am living from my Heart and my life is changing daily and becoming something entirely different! I do feel much more connected to everything, and all it took was a commitment to my Heart, which led to a shift in my thoughts, then my feelings came on strongly and I'm honoring them.
