@nadyvina this was the first time Haruka and Michiru appeared after the Three Lights showed up. Seiya mistook Haruka for a guy, Haruka thought Seiya was hitting on Michiru and threw a punch at Seiya.
Later Haruka mistook the Starlights as enemies and tried to use World Shaking against Seiya, who dodged it. The Starlights and the Outers ended up completely distrusting each other.
