I agree, the skin tones could have been less white in the right side of the face. Which means the darker areas should me toned down as well. Also, the rigid hairline looks odd...

Congratulations on getting on the homepage, but if I could offer you some advice, I would suggest trying to smooth the lines, colors, and shading of your work. As it is now, the work looks unfinished. You lighting is correct in some places and wonky in others, but that's more of a minor concern. As I said before, I think you should work on smoothing out your drawing, other than that however, the anatomy of the work is really well done.

@NilsxSin thats bad advice, piccaso never softened the edges or smooth the lines of his work, and his work stil looked perfect, this person has some good talent already, every artist has their own look to how they draw or paint, and i think judging by how often he does it, that its how it is and people should just get used to it, if hes posted on the homepage, then i dont think theres anything else he needs to perfect
