The only reason goo jumped in "so often" is because if you can manage to make honda block high you can be sure he has no real reliable anti air against rogs ultra superior normals.

Ok... just because he jumps in and attacks or does a dash punch does not make him the aggressor. The aggressor is someone who pushes the fight and tries to move forward. This gives charge characters a disadvantage considering they break charge.
There was a point in this match where Balrog was walking backwards to charge his attacks while Honda was moving forward. That makes Ross the aggressor.
I like both players, but I can clearly see that Gootecks was just countering in this vid.

I'm going to have to agree with the other guy on this. I live in california and watch these guys play. Gootecks will turtle even when losing. He's a known turtle in 3rd Strike and he turtles even moreso in SFIV. This isn't an insult but it's fact.
