  • @TheDweeb92 I miss pronounced Ben Okri in my latest book haul video. I was convinced his name was Orki,,, yeah, so if the world can see that, your happy squeak is fiiiiiine!

  • @TheBooksss haha that sounds like something i'd do too :P

  • YOU ARE. GOING. TO HATE. PERSONAL DEMONS. I think by now I have an idea of what you like and believe me, you will want to burn that book. Save yourself!

  • @brattette haha thanks for the warning :) i did get the second one free from the publisher though, so i feel kind of obliged to read it, you know?

  • Nevermore is great. I loved it and can't wait for the sequel

  • @Selah0412 january 17! haha i just finished nevermore a little while ago and i really liked it too :)

  • Nice haul

  • @sisterhoodbookclub thank you!

  • Fab haul! :-)

  • @DebrasBookCafe thanks!

  • I loved the way you let out a squeak of happiness because you bought hunch back of Notre Dame! Any book lover who tells you they haven't broken their own book ban is telling you fibs!

  • @InkyPages yeah i probably should have edited that out :/ haha

  • I am currently in this middle-grade bubble right now and I can't get out. There are just so many good stories. I tried reading The Laughing Man by Victor Hugo a couple years ago. It started out really good, but strangely changed in the middle and got very political - like it went out on this tangent. I did not understand what was going on. I may try it again someday.

  • @bumblesby hunchback has its fair share of politically motivated tangents - as i'm currently discovering haha

  • Flowers Of Algernon is a really sad book. I had to read it in 8th grade, and it was really sad. I remember we had to go home and read some of it and I was like bawling my eyes out. But its definitely a great book, some parts that I remember were weird because the way they talked but it was really good. I need to go find it now, I want my own copy. Lol.

  • @LookaLike1995 the movie Charly was really sad too :(

  • ThAt Disney Movie is kind of mature if you know what I mean. >_> Frollo looks a little too hungry.

  • @ramenred17 yesss. which i quickly realized. maybe not the best movie to watch with a six year old? haha :/

  • @TheDweeb92 Haha, yeah, I loved that movie though. When we were kids we didn't notice that type of stuff. But kids are way more aware of sexual themes nowadays.

  • An hour ago, i went on a book buying ban. went out to get dinner came back with 4 new books. and forgot dinner. addicted.

  • @duchovney66 haha i can definitely relate!

  • Great haul!!, I ALLWAYS LOOK FARWARD TO UR VIDEOS!!
