    Well ROM is extremely important for this one in particular, I 'feel' my back, lats and tri's if Im doing it with too much weight. And lots of weight doesnt equal massive traps either, I got great results when I started with just 20kg..

    i get best results from my traps by doing super super heavy one day (160-200 kg) and light another (100-120kg) ... you can't go hard all the time gotta rest :D

  • @Soetman sorry dude but what do u know of what the guy is doing.. .maybe he just did three sets right before doing it the pyramid way, with exeptionnal form and that righ herre in the video he just goes really heavy... for sure going real heavy will affect the form... but cheating a bit isn't bad either... anyway sorry for being such a dick but I really think this guy knows a bit what he's doing... and youll say I'm nobody for saying this... but I've been training for 5 years now .

  • hey tomas, ive been watching you're videos and i see that ur traps are lacking just a little bit. just a tip; when ur doing shrugs, move ur shoulder backwards so there's no tension on the neck, jst the traps. like i said, just a tip. it works for me so before anyone start disputing.... ITS JUST A TIP.
