For the sake of argument, you could say CSWS sampled that little section of music which is a common practice in music today. But I could bang those exact 4 notes on any instrument. Look up 4 Chords by Axis of Awesome. Dozens of songs use the same 4 chords. Who is sampling whom? Are they all rip-offs? No.

@gridironstar10 Yes, Flo Rida sampled the Dead or Alive song You Spin Me Round. He also sampled the Etta James song Something's Got A Hold On Me. Puff Daddy sampled from the Police for his song I'll Be Missing You. Like I said, sampling is not new in the music industry, and it isn't going away any time soon. Often times, artists give credit where credit is due, sometimes not. But ripping someone off is taking a complete song, changing nothing, and claiming it as your own.
