why assemble ar pistol from stripped lower rather than a rifle first atf batfe 2011-4

just build it your self like you said, there is no need to make it into a pistol first because if it was bought as a strip lower then there is no way to prove it was built (by you) as a rifle first.

Palmetto state armory is pretty cheap @ $45 for their lower parts kit. They have messed up my order twice. Once only shipping 1/2 of what they were supposed to and the other time by not shipping the order at all. For uppers JSE, palmetto, aim surplus, cdnn, and I'm sure there are many more.
