@viviroxs98 not sure if you already found an answer to your question but it was when they first discovered who paige and when they summon grams to find out the truth patty tells them the reason the girls didn't realize that she was pregnant was because they thought mommy was just getting a big belly.

Forgive me, because I'm new to the series, but how did Patty manage to have Paige without Prue, Piper and Phoebe knowing or remembering the pregnancy? I'm trying to learn all the details, but I'm going out of order!
