Ghostbusters Gameplay Footage w/ Commentary at Dread Central

The game isn't that bad on the PS2. The problem that people have with it is that it is different than the version on the Xbox360 and the PS3.

The Wii and the PS2 versions are more like the Ghostbusters cartoons which was titled The Real Ghostbusters, and the Xbox360 and the PS3 versions are more like the movies.

All in all though, Im super pumped for this game as I am a child of the 80s and WAS Dr Venkman until I was about 8 lol. No...I was Dr Venkman...you all pretended...I WAS him lol. That reminds me of a time I played Ghostbusters with my friends when I was a kid..." How do you know when one of your friends is gay at an early age"? Im Venkman, another buddy is Ray, another friend was Winston...but my 8 year old friend Ryan wanted to be Janine. LOL

from what theyre sayin roughly 8:55 onwards it sounds like gears 2, u play as one of the characters in ur own way. and also ur character is in 3rd person so this is similar to gears 2, which i love XD

Actually Im kinda glad that they did away with Rick and Weaver. Think about it...how could they really fit into the story without being cheezy? The first movie they played a signifigant role by being the keymaster and gatekeeper but in the second, Louis really didnt do anything except for help out the guys in the end and Weaver wasnt really the focus of Vigos plan, it was her son Oscar..so with that in mind... I cant really see where they would fit into this game.

Just to correct you it was not finnished by seria I think they just couldnt be botherd with it coz the people who wanted to game wanted to much for them to handle and was taking to long so they dropped it. Atari then saw the chance to grab it and finnish the job. making them a massize proffit. Good job aswell coz they do make better games. They revamped the whole game
