The Sims 2: Complete Alien Tutorial

Just for anyone who might be interested in knowing, since creating this tutorial, I've had two sims get abducted naturally. One was a Servo with the Pleasure aspiration, and the other was a Popularity sim (if I'm remembering correctly). I have yet to see a Logic sim get abducted naturally, oddly enough. The Freetime expansion pack gives Logic sims the ability to "summon" aliens (if they have enough aspiration points to give themselves the benefit) and I've made ample use of it.

also in Curious lot if you make Vidcud stargaze as soon as you load the lot he get abducted which is probably programed because Lazlo wants Vidcud to be abducted and Vidcud wants to be abducted + that the house is rigged to abduction. Vidcud will return home few SimMinutes before Pascal gives birth to an Alien baby.

actually the natural abduction chance is 0.05% not 1%. Each Logic Skill Points increases it by 0.05% again. And + every 3 hours stargazing(tough 2 are possible without using a motivedecay false cheat) will increase the chance by another 0.05% that means a chance of abduction is barely 0.60% but i think Knowledge Sims that want abduction also increase the chance and if another sim doesn't want that sim to be abducted it decreases the chance.

Only once did one of my sims get abducted naturally. I was so happy and giddy...but he didn't get pregnant because he was going to turn into an elder in 2 days. I was a little sad by that. =(

Actually, if you go to inventory, then click on aspiration rewards, then click on that little thing next to it, it gives you the option of picking a secondary aspiration.; then you have points on it that give you special abilties, so keep clicking on the knowledge abilties, and the top one is summon aliens. then when clicking on any telescope you can choose summon aliens and then after a while you get abducted.

I have actually had several 'natural' abductions and the cheat doesn't work for me. I assume it has something to do with some of the custom content I have on my system. Side note: Does anyone else think it sucks that custom content cancels out actions in the game (ie: Write a Novel) I mean, since the The Sims advertise that you can download custom content (all of mine I got from thesims2.com) to enhance your gaming experience, shouldn't you be able to do so without screwing up your game play? ~

Yeah I only let my adult male sims use the telescope cause I love alien babies and they get abducted naturally fairly regularly. I don't think it's only a 1% chance, cause it definitely happens a lot in my game, again, with out cheats.

Can a sim only be abducted once in their lifetime?? why wont this work??

Put expensive telescope in backyard. Stargaze between 7 pm and 2 am. Make sure there are two ppl living in house. This should get your sims abducted. Simple. You might have to do it a couple of times, but eventually. Mine get abducted everytime. This video info sucks.

You can't use this cheat to get abduction after you install Season E (or BV, FT, AP). But with FT, sim can "Summon Alien"

Well, either I'm typing the cheat code wrong, or I'm missing something.

I've tried typing in both "boolproptestingcheatsenabled" and "boolprop testingcheatsenabled" but both come up with errors and so on. Should there be more space, or am I mispelling something? Or am I perfroming "Shift-Click" wrong?

This how u do it without cheats: make a really tall house put a stelscope and then stargaze then u will get abducted ive tried it a million times and it works even the ppl who made the sims said it does try it and u will get abducted without cheats! make ur house higher like the curious family, if ur closer 3 the sky it works better! duh :)

Ok, if ANYONE who reads this knows a boolprop abduction patch PLEASE TELL ME I AM BEGGING YOU HERE! I use boolprop to click on *DEBUG Force Abduction. But When I do, my sim walks over to the expensive telescope, leans over, then stops, then walks away. No abduction. I do it at night too.... if you have a solution PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me! I have only managed to have ONE of my sims get abducted, and that was one of the curious familly... and they dont count......

Every time you use the telescope, you only have 0.05% of being abducted. So the best way would probablly be to use the telescope over and over again until it works.

There's something special about AlienFemales! At my game I had two alienFemales. They bot married a normal simguy (not the same, each girl had their own husband) And I let them both have babies. My aliengirls give birth to a twin!

So maybe, the change of getting a twin is bigger for aliengirls!

an easy way to get abductued is first, go to neighborhood and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. then go to the house and click and drag your sims hobby thingy for science all the way up. (freetime ep needed) then go to the social bubble above the hobby section and click the one up that has to do with aliens. i forget what that one is called. finally, make click and drag your logic skill all the way up. now at nighttime, around 12:00, (will wright rest on another comment)

ok now for the rest, ok so at 12:00 look through the most expensive telescope you can buy in the catalog. one last thing, male's and females can get abducted but only male's can have alien babies. now doing all this helps increase you chances alot for getting abducted:) your welcome people

Well..What I did was I went to the desert and waited until all my needs we're fully down and then u cry or cough or somethin like tht then u get abducted.Orrr wait until a alien quell then instead of fighting them just let them zap u then u get abuducted!! P.S.(Ive now got abducted 8 X) Hope tht helped if it did'nt work sorry but it works for me

For the people who want an alien baby, but want it to be a a bit sane with the mother as the mother and the mysterious 'Pollination Technition' as the father, then all you do is type Ctrl + Shift + C 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' and then shift click on the mother, then Spawn... then Tombstone of L and D. Click it, and choose 'Make me alien pregnant' and then, shift click it again and press 'Speed up my pregnancy'

And voila.

I typed boolprop and then when I clicked DEBUG Abducted blablabla, my Sim went to the telescope, but he didn't use it... He just went and did like he was going to use it, but then, he didn't.
