I don't have any knowledge on any banking or economics but as an average person it seems like they all went in as CEO's and made the places go broke like it was a plan or something

In a theoretical: it would be interesting if the banks collapsed. Because we would have a chance to rebuild them from the ground up, and start the process over again... I.E. screw that, remove the monetary system and we'd be better off.
