  • I want to read that massive script.

  • The Blues bros alone makes him my favorite director.

  • jesus, thanks for the movie.

  • I am definitely on the side of those who think John Landis was responsible for how great the video for thriller was as opposed to those who think Michael Jackson "made" John Landis.

  • He should watch his language, kids might be watching.

  • @TheComedyfan123 I'm a little late here, but I had to respond to your comment about kids. And please don't take this personally. John Landis made movies for adults. Lots of Rated R movies. If folks don't want their kids to hear this kind of language, they need to be parents and try to control, as best they can (because it's tough), what their absorb. That's not John Landis' job, it's yours.

  • @skrason completely agree, plus everyone has a right to free speech :)

  • @skrason Argh. I meant to type "what THEY absorb." Sorry 'bout that, folks.

  • @skrason DING!

  • @TheComedyfan123 Kids here worse it school.... I think something is stuck up something that it shouldn't be.

  • "michael mades u! " "you are who you are because of Michael Jackson!"

Now that's funny! LOL God Bless You!

  • 'John will come to you in the middle of the night' Awesome! I'd love that! TOGA TOGA!

  • If it wasnt for American Werewolf, Thriller would not have been made...It was the inspiration for Thriller. If your an MJ fan im sure you would know that

  • You're right. Without John Landis, I don't think that anyone would have really recognized the song as a big hit.

  • "Animal House" is the most successful comedy of all-time. If he never met MJ, Landis would still be a legend.

  • We have both kinds Country and Western

  • John Landis seems like a cool guy. The one thing though I always think of first sadly is the Twilight Zone movie. I wonder how he looks back on that now that hes older and wiser.

  • I was in the audience when Cab Calloway filmed his scene for the movie. It was a great experience and I was very impressed with how well John Landis had control of ever aspect of the filming. I had no idea the movie was going to end up being a classic.

  • You are so awesome.

  • Wow.

    Pretty cool, bro.

Tell us more about the stuff happening 'between takes'.
