OF the modern age Hamiltons helmet is the most iconic or recognisable, there are few drivers these days you could recognise purely from the helmet, hamilton is the number 1 for that, Button and alonso are good for that as well

Today's helmet graphics have too much small details, too much 3D shading, once you add the sponsors it's just one big mess. You have to look closely to know what's going on in the helmet. I miss the designs from the '80s and early '90s. The helmet was the driver's alter ego, and they didn't change it every freaking race or even every year. Senna's is still my favorite

1990 senna is told 2nd on the grid would be on racing line so purposly puts it 2nd for best grip off the start, grid slots are then swapped to opposite sides of the track

so senna sends a message to the race directors and gets revenge on prost by claiming the title in the a similar fashion to prost a year earlier
