Andrew, i think you should spend less time on reviewing games no one cares about, and more time on your friday news rap ups which are beginning to progress into Saturday news rap ups. Just my opinion.

Gaming in general is all about personal tastes... just because Infinity Blade 2 is great, doesn't mean everyone cares about it (in fact I know quite a few regular commentors that hate it). Our reviews are designed to let people know what is and isn't good - that means covering everything we can, not just the highlights ;)

People should really stop speaking for everybody. The world is not black & white, people! There are dozens and dozens of different colors and shades in a box of crayons. Different people, different tastes, different opinions, different whatevers. Leave variety alone. The world would be so boring if people only reviewed mainstream games like Infinity Blade and Angry Birds.

As soon as I saw the style of gameplay (0:08), I instantly knew it'll never hit my iPhone.

Whatever happened to originality? Everything is just a rehash of something else in the App Store these days.

@AppSpy I'm almost 100% sure that before Crush the Castle made its flash game debute, Castle Clout was the best game of it's kind. Now everyone relates everything else has a remake of Crush the Castle. A little sad.

@xxxserialxxx The thing about game design is that new ideas might not be embraced by the consumers and usually game developers would rather stick to something the consumers are familiar with instead of trying something different. Of course there is still the problem of copying-wholesale and altering game ideas just enough to be different.
