I am not drunk, therefore I am not Russian. My comments are based on visiting Russia 2 years ago, including Volvograd & Kursk & Moscow. Our driver would drink a bottle of vodka at night & the hooch piss water he would buy from the empty cigarette kiosk/illegal still shops along the way. The street lamps opposite the Kremlin are wired up from the outside because nobody in Russia could either do it properly or could be bothered to do it properly, same for everything in all of Russia.
