  • Did he really think that the homemovie would impress the mac guy even if he didn't have anything to show?

  • mac humvee XD

  • I don't get it. Does getting a Mac make you a better video editor?

  • @Cacaroni I've used a few PC movie things and iMovie. Now, it doesn't make YOU, personally, a better video editor (iMovie, which only comes on a Mac.) What it does is simplify the process so that it's less about dragging yourself through the menus of actions and more about...well. making the movie.

Does it make you a better movie editor? No. It does not, by magic, improve your skills. It makes it easier to create and edit a movie.

  • @WingCommanderVinyaya That must be why photoshop is the number one photo editing software, cause its simplified compared to the rest. Thanks, I understand now.

  • i think it's so funny how all the comments are just pc fanboys hating on the mac.

but i have to say, this vide is misleading; you can't hand someone like me Vegas Pro or whatever and expect me to make the number one movie of the year. it's the person, not the software

  • Because After Effects isn't on PC/Wndows..

  • HI! I AM A MAC HUMVEE.

  • haaaaahahahahah

  • @ostrengen not really

  • &ostdrengen no, not really

  • I wonder if this was made with imovie...

  • This is my favourite Get a Mac ad ever!

  • lolololololololol

  • Hi, Im a mac Humvee

  • Dont macs and Pc have the same programs???!?!

  • Tools don't make talent, damn it !

  • the ad is irrelevant.. only apple fans likes this videos... whatever mac does windows always stays ahead of it.. may be that's why microsoft doenst make ads like these for windows... mac its good in its external apperance i accept that.. if i have a mac in my hand its like a rolex watch.. but mac is useless for me.. windows does far more things than a mac...

  • The guy who posted this vid says it all

  • What if im gay?

  • THAT one is True iMacs are better at editing stuff but PC's also do stuff some Macs cant depends on what YOU like and what you Dont

  • The advertising is really genius in a way. Compare all of PC's worst flaws with Mac's greatest advantages. On top of that the situation lets Mac speak on behalf of PC and have them say whatever they want to him to say. Instead of a refute to a flaw he'll just shy up or act immature. Mac knows one of the best advertisement strategies which is to manipulate the information they give to the audience.

  • @Chttrbox88 ...is that honestly a good thing? D: I am a Mac user, but this windows-bashing is sorta turning me off. Why can't they focus on their advantages and just leave other companies out of their advertising? As a viewer, I don't like getting manipulated and if I hadn't bought a mac as of yet, I'd delay the process of getting one because I don't like their way of thinking. Because… the product matters, but the company's image or policy is also key.

  • I just got a MacBook Pro... This thing kicks the crap out of PC!

  • @iRSMOKEY no just no

  • @plasma404 agreed. just agreed.

  • I want to fuck Mac's movie O.O!!!!

nvm PC's movie just killed my boner.

  • Reason for less viruses on Apple Macs - No one could be bothered to make them as there weren't enough people using them to make it worth while, why would you bother to make a virus for a Mac, theres no reason, not many use them and there isn't enough 3rd party software out there for a virus to get downloaded. Its NOT the fact that they are securer or they are better at stopping viruses, its the fact that there arn't many to get infected by because (see above)

  • @jb7069

Incorrect, sir. Windows installs .exe files right away.

Mac on the other hand, uses .sh files, which need to be force installed on terminal.

The only way to get a virus is if you force yourself to get one.

And FYI, Apple Inc. is worth more than Microsoft ;)

  • wutsuppp? pc home movie.....hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • so?

  • you gotta love the macs at twice the price with same specs

  • Oh wow, Macs here to save us from the expensive Microsoft computers...

oh wait, macs are even more expensive...

  • id doesn't matter if they are cheap it matters if they work

  • @halothreeassassins well said

  • @halothreeassassins ya and my calculator works then does that mean it should be a $1000

  • @pieceofparadox ok, go to a Windows store and get it replaced for free in one day.. oh wait..

  • @pieceofparadox microsoft are not making computers your douchebag!!!

  • @pieceofparadox Everyone that has switched to mac... they never switch back. People that use windows... they tend to switch.

  • @Goidelify really? i'm pretty sure i want to switch back to PC. stupid macs break easily.

  • @kurogami207176 Orly? My macs have never broken. Nor have any of the 170 macs that my school has given out to the students. How did your mac break?

  • @Goidelify good for you. mine broke. and pretty much all other apple products i've bought. except for the iPad. that one was tough,

  • @kurogami207176 HOW did it break?

  • @Goidelify on how it broke, i don't know. i just use it like how it's meant to be used. on how i know it's broken, sometimes it doesn't boot up and it makes a 2-3 second beep. even after sending it for repairs.

  • @pieceofparadox But worth it =D

  • An "Old School" Mac (iBook G4 1GHz, 32MB Discreet Video Memory, 640MB Memory, Mac OS X 10.4.11) Notebook--Prolly will have to upgrade to the latest MacBook Pro soon--my Mac is about 4 1/2 years old...

  • That's cool an old school! Well, I wish I switched as early as you! I switched to mac only 2 1/2 years ago!

  • @vestoras Are you talking about the age of the computer or the age of the purchase because the G4 was discontinued in 2005, 6 years ago...

  • Gisele Bundchen...allegedly a Macintosh fanatic...

  • Really? That's cool.

Which one do you go for, Mac or PC?

  • Macintosh. Easier and more secure. Simpler to use too. Though more expensive, lower TCO on the long run.

  • Sweet! I completely agree.

    Which Mac do you have?

  • More secure? You may wanna do some research before you say that again.

  • Yes, more secure: Mac's don't have to deal with malware (viruses, spyware, adware, trojans, worms, etc...)

Research: According to PC World, "the total number of viruses will reach one million by year's end (2008)" and less than 100 of them affect Mac OSX.

  • And without all the annoying Vista security messages...

  • Because not many people use Macs for it to be worth the effort anyway.

  • @duudegetamac Wired notes that, "Apple users have less protection from viruses and malicious software than Windows users do. But they're still safer, security experts agree, because so few malware programs target the Mac." - Macs are not more secure, they are just targeted less because more people use a Windows machine.

  • i have the best mac you can get. A windows dell studio xps laptop.
