Robin isn't the brightest person apart of their management team. She is the one that created the trashy image in the first place. With or without Tiffany, the group already looked tacky. They (Tiff, Nat, Chrys, & Nic) are beautiful girls, they don't have to try so hard. Personally, I think Girlcious should have fired Robin and left her management team but, I'm sure it's impossible because they're under contract.
