Misstatement #1 at 2:55 Oral ca surv rate in U.S "50% and hasn't changed for 40 years". Latest data from Am Ca Society current 5 yr. survival rate of oral and pharyngeal ca in U.S. is 61%. Still too low but patients and dentists at least "moved the dial" in a positive direction. Misstatement #2 running time 0:40 - "oral cancer takes more lives than cancer of the skin". 7,900 will die of oral cavity and pharynx cancer in 2011; melanoma estimated to cause 8,790 deaths (sq cell ca not incl.)
