Actually, Jesus probably was off a darker color. Anyone that takes the image we know of Jesus needs checked. But Florida is stuck in her convictions and I like that, too.

You tell me, why would the author (GOD) describe him not just being the color of brass, but the color of brass AFTER it has been placed in a furnace? Because, as everyone knows, brass/metal that has been fired in a furnace turns dark that's why. Jesus doesn't/didn't have "golden" unrefined brass skin, he had dark-brown skin like fired brass.
